Christ is my peace, when everything is fine and when everything is going wrong. He is my peace when I am being still and letting him fight all my battles. Most of all, He is my peace when I don't stand on anybody else's word, but His. Thank you Jesus.

My understanding on Christ being my peace: In the midst of confusion, distress when everything is going what would appear to be wrong deep, deep deep down there is a stillness (peace) that you cannot explain to someone. I have an assurance that it is all going to work out. It took me so many years to get to where I am. But this runs in line with knowing the voice of God. When we recognize his voice his voice speaks peace and love. It is not always easy and we often times want to handle situations by ourselves. But let us be encouraged this morning. I visualize the story in the bible. When Jesus commanded the storm to be still. Our Father stood up to the waves and commanded peace. It is his gentle voice that makes the difference. Sis. K
