I am 21 years old and have just completed a degree course in Bsc Business Studies and Information Technology, and am looking for any full time or part time jobs in the computing arena. My ideal career would be in the field of computer networking or any 3d design position. Whilst I have little job experience I am willing to learn and am confident I have the skills to take up a challenge.

I have studied for my degree at the University Of Lincoln Hull campus over the last three years and intend to remain in the city and complete an evening course, Certified Cisco Network Associate at Hull College over the next 2 years, to further improve the skills I can offer a prospective employer. During my time as a student I became interested in the technical aspect whilst building computer system for myself and others, in addition to this I have also set up a number of small LAN networks and connections to WAN networks via routers and IP protocols. Time spent on these activities built up a knowledge base of problems and solutions for both hardware and software products. What I need to gain is the commercial awareness that only work experience with a reputable company can bring.

On the creative side I have also been occupied in 3d design using 3D studio Max and have also taken up an active interest in Web design, using both the base html code, some javascript and work with dreamweaver and other applications. In addition I also have knowledge of both Adobe Photoshop and JASC paintshop pro for 2d design work.

Having worked previously in an office environment and taking some IT related certificates, I have gained knowledge of all major applications such as the Microsoft Office series and Sage Accounting products, for which I have a qualification.
