We have mostly stayed in the smaller classes, but have designs for large bots.

VooDoo - our first bot was an antweight named VooDoo, basicly a modified custom series with a front wedge, rear plow, and a new drivetrain.  We removed the sides of the toy and replaced everything with two feet from these little toy robots that play lasertag.  The feet had built in two-wheel gearboxes, allowing four-wheel-drive.  The bot's turning speed was not very good, but it could push close to fifteen pounds of dead weight.
Weight:  15.6 oz.
Dimensions:  7 1/4" x 4" x 3"
Weapon:  Alluminum wedge.
Secondary weapon:  1/8" steel plow (for those nasty spinners).
Drivetrain:  2x brass cased cermag motors with a dual 42:1       reduction to four 1 1/8" wheels.
Armor:  Custom series chassis.
Control:  27 mhz toy frequency.
Power:  6 volts Alkaline.
Status:  Retired

VooDoo 2 - This bot was our first attempt at an active weapon.  We used servo drive and a Greatplanes micro c-10 ESC to control the RE-750 hobby motor for the spinner.  The weapon is a direct drive Backlash Metal Mechanics toy disc, with hooked titanium teeth machine screwed in place of the normal rubber ones.  Although it was very destructive, it took too long to spin up and was very slow.
Weight:  16 oz.
Dimensions:  never measured.
Weapon:  Spinning disc.
Secondary weapon:  none.
Drivetrain:  2x futaba s3003 servos (modified for continuous    rotation)
Armor:  Duct tape if we are lucky
Control:  75mhz (channel 87)
Power:  6 volts NiCd pack
Status:  Scrapped

Atom Smasher - My current project, this bot is an experimental cross between the anti-spinner design of VooDoo, and the spinning weapon of VooDoo 2.  The design is a clone of Knee Breaker with two wheel drive using 60:1 copals and the same wheels used in VooDoo.  Weapon is a steel bar, belt driven by a CD player motor.
Weight:  N/A
Dimensions:  N/A, but will be slightly more that 1 inch tall.
Weapon:  Low profile horizontal steel spinning bar.
Secondary weapon:  Titanium wedge.
Drivetrain:  2x 60:1 copals
Armor:  Ti for the wedge, the rest will be mostly lexan and      carbon fiber.
Control:  75 mhz (channel 87).
Power:  8.4 volt ant Battlepack.
Status:  Around 25% complete.

X-Death - Our only Beetleweight robot to date.  Originally it had car style steering and 49mhz control.  Newest version will employ the drivetrain of a Tyco Rebound RC car with tank steering.  Once finished, this version will boast a 32 feet per second top speed.
Weight:  1.9 pounds originally.
Dimensions:  Never measured.
Weapon:  Titanium wedge.
Secondary weapon:  Hella-speed.
Drivetrain:  2x RE 260 motors with unknown reduction.
Armor:  Lexan
Control:  75mhz (haven't bought it yet).
Power:  12 volt ant Battlepack.
Status:  Upgrading
