Ok get all 10 scv's. Then build a barracks, a supply depot and a refinery. Then once the barracks is done build an academy. While waiting for academy build 6 marines. Then after the academy is done you should have at least 125 gas right? So build 2 medics. Group the marines and medics and go attack the enemy. The medics will heal your marines while they kill the enemy.
Tanks a lot(any version)
Ok on this try to get a refinery and barracks as soon as possible. The faster the better. Build marines and send them to your enemy. When you can build a factory do it. Keep sending marines to the eneymy. Ok now the factory is done get a machine shop then research siege mode. Build a tank and send it to the enemy siege it at their base. Keep building guys and send them too.
