To Search for dragon balls you must be on a planet that has them. Next there are 7 dragon balls on the planet and you must pick which one you are searching for. Get a dragon radar or scouter to allow you to search. Once you have done this you can search but remember you cannot learn any moves or abilties while searching for the dragon balls. It takes 2,000 words to find 1 dragon ball, and you will recieve no EXP for this. Once you find one it will be an item you hold. You must collect all 7 from the planet to make the wish.
Wishing: A Webmaster will act as the dragon of the planet and you will state your wish. Even the eternal dragons have limits. Wishing Chibi on people who aren't makes them loose half pl and become a kid. Another wish is immortality meaning you cannot die but of course you can still be knocked out and beaten, and another wish is for items or money, even pl can be wished for to some extent. So choose wisely your wishes.
