Recruitment is one of if not the most difficult challenges that any new organization faces because it is often difficult to find enough women willing to go Greek based on the stereotypical ideals the media have given. Omega Beta Phi strives to recruit girls that pose the five ideal of L.A.D.Y.S. Omega Beta Phi has grown thanks to women who share an indescribable bond, which make us sisters and make us Omegas. This success as an organization came with time, dedication and persistence. When Recruitment arrives, it gives students the opportunity to join our sisterhood and begin a journey that will last beyond the college years.
