My Master
I sit in silence forever more,
At his feet upon the floor.
My heart craving just a word,
Something from him to feel secure.
Softly whispering out his name,
Only then to know it's in vain.
He loves me not,
He never did.
The guidance from him,
I seek instead.
To please him in the best of ways,
He teaches me more every day.
The Master of all he is to me,
Of his wisdom I wish to be.
At his hands, I except my fate,
A painful reward is to great.
Respect and love, I give to him,
His words are as sweet to me as the wind.
He fulfills my needs,
I am complete.
