Nothing
to pen on this day actually no words to describe the views of the
EVEREST. I was in tears for some time, after 2 years of wait, cancelled
tickets, no vacation granted all the crap that you go thru' routine life
here I was standing at 5545m above the sea level, smiling, howling,
hooting, gasping for air, sharing snickers bars with strangers, clicking
fotos. Man a lot of things, so this page is just fotos you think of the
words.
It was a long day but somehow it was
not tiring. My yoga guru says "conscious mind prevails the physical
body" After a long 10 hour walk in very high altitude, if you think
you are not tired then this means a lot. I would never forget this day in my life.
All we did after the summit was, we all reached Pheriche by 5PM halting for lunch in dughla. Every team
member made it to the top successfully. At pheriche we met the Zhep team from Pune who were going to EBC. We shared our experience over dinner. |
