I had a free frequent flyer ticket to use up and decided to fly out to Connecticut to visit with my friend Tim. It was cool since we drove throughout New England, from Vermont to New York City and out to the tip of Cape Cod. My cousin Marissa just by chance got married in CT while I was there, so I went to that and had a great time. Here I am 1.5 miles off Provincetown on a sandbar thing we had to walk to via a rock jetty.
Dan had to go back to Ohio for xmas, and then to Chicago for work between xmas and NY, so I met him in Chicago NY Day and started our trek there, which led us to Ohio for 2 days where he showed me his haunts as a child and college student. Then it was off to drive home (he drove this trip in his car). Of course I ended up getting a bad cold a few days into the trip, but it was a fun trip none-the-less.

My sister and I and Scott drove up to visit Krissy and Stacie (Annes kids) up in San Luis where they both go to school. It was a nice day trip and I had never been there so that made it more cool. Plus it was open house weekend at Cal Poly so that was sorta fun seeing the campus and such.
Here I am near Morro Rock, which we actually walked out to and its pretty cool, but oodles of nasty seagulls all over the place.
My cousin Marissa had been wanting me to come visit her in the city for months so I thought I'd better go before she hurt me. It was fun, seeing the things I wanted to see within 3.5 days. Good weather too, unlike the 100� temps when I was there for one day last summer.
