It has been debated even amongst Olympiakos fans... should Olympiakos move his home ground to Tsirio Stadium in Limassol? Judging by the results, probably yes! Olympiakos counts only 2 victories at his GSP home ground and 3 victories against 1 defeat at Tsirium. The latest victory was a 3-0 thrashing of Apollonas whose players are still trying to understand what hit them in the first half. The first half was a monologue for Olympiakos who scored three goals, two with G.Nikolaou (8 and 45 minute) and one with Djenic (44). This result, combined with the defeats of Agia Napa and Digenis, took Olympiakos to three points clear off the relegation zone with two games remaining. Victory in next game against Paralimni combined with a draw in th Agia Napa - Digenis match will guarantee that Olympiakos will be present in the First division next year.
