01/07/08 The Olympiakos Under-13 team won the biggest international cup in Cyprus the Morfin Laiki Cup which was organised by Nea-Salamina in Agia Napa. The young players of Olympiakos took the first place in their Group beating Omonia and Anorthosis on the way. In the semi-final they beat the Olympaikos Pireos - Star Academy and in the final they beat the Toutis Academy team. The scorers for Olympiakos in the final were Dimitriadis, Kontodimitros and Gavriil. The U13 team, which is coached by Christos Loukas, came second in the U13 Cyprus league and were finalist in the U13 Cyprus Cup.
