10/05/08 The fall is not the end
Olympiakos has dropped to the 2nd devision of the Cyprus football league. This was the result of various factors. Firstly mistakes from last year's management board due to both the players chosen but also the frequent changes of team managers (4 changes in 6 months). Equally the team managers and the players failed to make the difference. Finally, everybody in Cyprus, including the press, acknoweledged that the referees pushed Olympiakos in the 2nd devision with a number of "mistakes". Even so, Olympiakos is looking for a new start, hoping for an immediate return to the 1st devision.
