11/12/2007 Light at the end of the tunnel
After another two consecutive defeats against AEK and Alki Olympiakos put a solid performance to take all three points against Ethnikos. This victory was badly needed particularly after the horrible 5-0 defeat suffered in the hands of Alki. The match against Ethnikos was not great for the football fans with the teams going for victory rather than good football. Even so, Olympiakos took all three points with a goal from Panigutti who headed home after a good pass from Polkin. Olympiakos played with: Stylianou, Rodriguez, Koelho, Papaionannou, Machado, Panigutti, Polkin, De Oliveira, Grzybowski, Djenic and Injai.
