Olympiakos lost 1-0 from Omonia in the first leg of their Cup tie on Tuesday. Olympiakos fans praised the performance of the team which was - for some - the best of the after-Ronnie Whelan era. Fast and clever football, good passing and passion for victory were the main characteristics of the team that Barrios put forward. The only incredient missing was efficiency in front of the goal, as Panigutti and Gonzalez were guilty of missing some great goal scoring opportunities. Better luck next time!
