Double Casting


Dual and triple roles are very common in soaps especially when there's a dayplayer the productions likes and gives him/her another chance. I must say though that OLTL had less than I expected. I listed all the actor and actress' I could remember who played more than one role on the show. This section is devided by intentional and unintentional dual roles amd under intentional ones we've got identical twins, other look allikes, ghosts and "The Old West". Hope you enjoy this.

Robert Milli

Dr. Jim Craig (1968-1969)
The first actor in the role (original cast); Dr. Jim Craig was a widower raising his teenage daughter, Cathy, after his wife had died. He fell in love with his patient Carla Benari who later on turned out to be Sadie Gray's daughter. Jim asked Carla to marry him but eventually she realized she was in love with another man and she left him. Jim's mother in law, Kate, came to town to help him with Cathy when she started making troubles for him. Jim later fell in love with Anna Wolek although Cathy disliked her at first.

Catherine Burns

Cathy Craig (1968-1970)
The first actress in the role; Cathy was Dr. Jim Craig's daughter, after her mother had died she was left with her father who spent many hours at hospital. Cathy was afraid of loosing her father's love if he would ever marry again. Cathy's grandmother, Kate, came to town to help Jim deal with Cathy's insecurities. Later on Cathy befriended Anna Wolek but when Jim & Anna told her they want to get marry Cathy started to resent her.

An assistant at the hotel where Viki found Echo in Antonia.

Rachel Wilson Farmer (1974)
Rachel was Ben Farmer's wife and worked at The Banner as John Douglas' secretary. She later became ill with Hodgkin's Disease and was admitted to Llanview Hospital where her doctor, Larry Wolek, soon fell in love with her. Rachel talked to Larry about her desire to die with dignity withouut cousing her loved ones pain and Nurse Susna Barry (who was crazy in love with Dr. Wolek) heard the conversation. One night Rachel had been given an overdose while Dorian Cramer and Mark Toland where on duty. One of them had given her medication but forgot to note it on her chart, while the other corrected the "error" resulting in the woman's death. Larry was accused mercykilling but the truth was found out a couple of months later on.

D.A. Deborah Van Druten (1979-1983)
Deborah was Llanview's District Attorney (and ADA) for several years. Among the people whom she prosecuted were Viki, for refusing to reveal her source in the baby switch and Clint Buchanan for the murder of Echo di Savoy.

Christine Jones

R.N. Sheilah Rafferty (1975)
A friend of Susan Barry, she was interested in Tim Siegel but he did not reciprocate her feelings.

Viki Lord Riley Burke Riley (1981)
During Erika Slezak's momentarily leaving, Christine Jones filled her place for six months around the time of Asa's masquerade ball.

Pamela Reed Stuart Buchanan O'Neill (1985-1987; 1988; 2001)
Her true major role on the show - Pamela was Asa's 4th wife (or maybe second). Asa had married her 10 years before she came to Llanview under the name Capt Jeb Stuart on the island of Malekeva. When she found out her beloved husband was really Asa Buchanan (with Tina's help), she tricked him into marrying her again (legid this time) and then surprised him and came to Llanview as the 4th Mrs. Asa Buchanan. She later divorced him and found love with Pete O'Neil. They left together for Malekeva, they briefly returned for Didi's funeral and in 2001 Pam came alone for Asa's funeral.
Pam was a painter and later the owner of the Vernon Inn and the island Devil's Claw which she bought from Tina. Her father Cameron, visited her in Llanview and supported Mitch's release from Statesville Prison. She also had an adopted Vietnamese sister, Mia Dan Sun Oliver who befirended Woodie Woodward.

Wealthy woman (2001)***
A day role of a wealthy dowager who paid David for sex when the latter came to town around the time he was passing Blair and Todd's baby to someone else in 2001.

Mutual acquaintances: Well, Viki herself would be the first to come to my mind. She was a hospital board member and Timmy's aunt back in 75. Although Viki is nuts she must know herself. Pam was her step mother in law if we can call her that. I think Viki was the only one who knew her in all three roles but the last two we have many: Clint, Asa, Dorian, Cassie, Bo, Tina, Rafe, Larry, Herb, Brad, Richard, Marco, Becky Lee, Jenny, Wanda & Sadie.

Jennifer Harmon

Cathy Craig Lord (1976-1978)
Jennifer was the 5th actress in this role; Cathy Craig was the daughter of Dr. Jim Craig. Her mother died when she was a young girl and when Jim decided he wanted to marry Anna Wolek, Cathy was agains it but eventually grew to like her. She was addicted to drugs and nearly got herself killed in trying to infiltrate and stop the trafficking. She killed her dealer in slef defence and freed Vinnie Wolek from murder accusation. She later ended up in Odyssey House in New York for treatment. She datd Timmy Siegel for a while and woked for The Banner. She fell in love with Joe Riley, who was on the rebound sice he feared he would not be able to reunite with his wife, Viki. During a trip to New York when Joe was helping her with her writing, they had a brief fling and she got pregnant. She gave birth to a daughter, Megan Riley Craig but she suffered from a congenital heart defect. She started spending time wih Viki's ex-husband Steve Butke but this relationship ended when he left town. Cathy was crushed when Megan was killed in a accident while being rushed to the hospital. Cathy (now played by Jennifer Harmon) focused her anger on Viki, since she had been driving the car and when Kevin was born, Cathy kidnapped the child from the hospital nursery. Dr. Will Vernon started treating Cathy and aided in returning the child to his parents. Cathy fell in love with Tony Lord and they married, but their attraction was purely physical. She wanted desperately to have another child. Tony finally realized the futility of their relationship and left her. Cathy had agood reltionship with Larry but they never became an item. After her friend Julie lef town she became a good friend to Lana McLain but after her death she left town to pursue her writing and moved to the west coast.

Liza Williams (1993)
Viki's lawyer on her divorce from Clint.

Lori March

Adele Huddleston (1977-1979)
Adele was th wife of successful businessman, Talbot Huddleston and the mother of collage student Greg. Her husband was continuey cheating on her (one of his flings was Karen Wolek). She had a drinking problem and when it was found out her husband killed Marco Dane and was the hit and run driver who killed Brian Kendall her son Greg started stealing her medications and got hooked to them.

Eugenia Randolph Lord (1987)
Victor Lord's first wife and the mother of Viki and Merrie. Victor accused her of infidelity when she was pregnant with Merrie and in his anger he pushed her from the top of the stairs which resulted in her death. Viki had flashbacks of her parents argument in which Eugenia refused to attempt to provide Victor with a son. When Viki was diagnosed with an aneurysm and underwent a risky operation to remove it, she stayed in a coma. While comatise, her guardian angel, Virgil, believed that she would die so he took her soul to The Star Ascension where she was reunited with family and friends including her mother.

Luke Reilly

Richard Abbott (1977-1978)
The first acotr in the role; Viki's cousin came to work for The Banner fell in love with country singer Becky Lee Hunt. In Spite of his college firend & coeligue in the paper, Ediwna Lewis and his mother, Gwen's desire he married Becky Lee (later on Luke left the show). At first he encouraged Becky's singing but later after becky miscarried he decided he wanted a more traditional marriage partner. They lived briefly abroad but the marriage broke up after their return. Richard lived in Europe a few years, but returned to help with The Banner after one of Viki's bouts with DID. He later left for Paris.

Claude Charbonneau (1997-1998)
RJ Gannon's business associate. He was involved in some shady dealings at Club Indigo. RJ hired him to "break" Max Holden after the latter became RJ's partner at the club. Claude went on with the plan and kidnapped Max's children; that wasn't RJ's initial intetion and RJ joined the search for the Holden twins.

Mutual acquaintances: Viki was in town when Claude appeared but they had no scenes together. We can also count Larry & Dorian who were there both times.

Joan Copeland

Gwendolyn Lord Abbott (1978-79)
Richard Abbot's mother and Viki's aunt; she came to Llanview to stop her son from marrying country-western singer, Becky Lee. Ina Hopkins spotted her at Richard and Becky's wedding and revealed that Gwen had entertained during World War II as Kikki Bourbon, one of the Pearls of the Pacific. She and Brad used to go to the track together although Brad was out of her league where betting was concerned.

Selma Hanen (1995)
The second actress in the role; Nora and Susannah's mother. She visited her daughter after she lost her sight. She later came to Nora's wedding to Bo (that's when Joan played the role).

Mutual acquaintances: Viki was at the wedding so were Clint, Dorian, Asa, Bo & Larry who knew her as Gwen.


Kim Zimmer

Bonnie Harmer (1978)
Bonnie was a member of the radical underground headed by Cantrall and also Cantrall's lover. She and her partner Herman Rivers planned to kill Paul Kendall in retaliation for testifying against them but their plans were cancelled after Cantrall was gunned down and they left Llanview.

Countess Echo di Savoy (aka Susan Stanford Turner) (1983)
Daughter of Giselle French and Arthur Stanford and sister of Giles Morgan; after her mother's death Echo was sent to The Turner family for adoption. She was the widow of an Italian Count, Maxim di Savoy. This photgrapher came to work for Clint at The Banner and lived in the carriage house at Llanfair believing this man who had an affair with her mother years ago is responsible for her death. Along with her brother she decided to get back at him by framing him for her own "murder". However Echo eventually trully fell for Clint but continued with her plan and Clint was charged with murder. It took a while but eventually the truth came out and Echo learned her own father was the one responssible for her mother's death.

Mutual acquaintances: Brad Vernon tried to locate Bonnie and Herman after they left town and he was also around the time Echo came to Llanview (although I don't remember he took a part in this storyline). I'm not sure if Pat Lord was still in town when Echo came, but she sure knew Bonnie.

Carol Potter

Beverly Wilkes (1979)
The first actress in the role; Beverly was Marco's assistant at the Health Club and later his lover as well. She was a witness to Tina's connection to Marco Dane. She was very jealous of Marco and Tina and finally forced Tina to see what kind of person Marco really was.
Carol was later replaced by Nancy Grahm who played the role from 1980-81.

Anabelle (1980)
Anabelle shared a hospital room with Katrina Karr when the latter learned that she had a tumor which required her having hysterectomy.

Mutual acquaintances: The gap between the two roles was really small but since they were minor characters; we had Marco who by the time Anabelle was on, was supposed to be Mario. We had Karen who was around Beverly and Tina but they had no connection to Anabelle at all. Kat was working for Marco too at that time but I don't remember if she knew Beverly or not.

Keith Langsdale

Richard Abbott (1980)
The second actor in the role; Richard was Viki's cousin and Becky Lee's husband. In 1980 Richard & Becky Lee returned to Llanview after living abroad for a short time. They came to visit Viki after Joey was born. Richard and Becky Lee started to have problems since he didn't like her work; he preferred her to be at home and hoped they would get pregnant again.

Dr. Krnadolf (1994)
When Marty took Jessica and CJ to her mountain cabin and had an accident, Todd saved them all the sent Jessica and CJ to the nearest hospital in Silver Mountain. There, Dr. Krandolf treated Jessica untill she was healthy enough to be transferred into Llanview Hospital.

Ilene Kristen

Georgina Whitman (1982)
The first actress in the role; Daughter of geologist Angus and sister to Jimmy, this scientist worked withTony Lord on a top secret project involving a cheap alternative to oil for fuel. Georgina loved working on cars and enjoyed auto racing. She was involved with Bo Buchanan for a while ad he also gave her the money to work on her project. She eventually moved to California to join a company working on manned space flight.

Roxie Balsom Holden (2002-Present)
Daughter of Stella, wife of Viki's GYN and mother of Natalie and Rex; Roxie was introduced as Allison Perkins' companion when she returned to Llanview to reveal the truth about what really happened when she kidnapped Viki's daughter years ago. It was revealed the Roxie raised Natalie who was really Viki & Clint's girl. At first they tried to pass Jessica as Roxie's so Roxie could get money from her but the truth was Jess was the product of a rape (Mitch raped Viki) and the two girsl were actually twins. Roxie's son, Rex was raised by his aunt. Since she came to Llanview she married Max Holden and opened her hair saloon "Foxy Roxie". She loves to get drunk and has special relationship with Nigel and David Vickers.

Mutual acquaintances: Well, Bo of course - he was engaged to Georgina, can you imagine him engaged to Roxie? (that would be interesting!). We can also count Viki, Clint, Dorian & Asa.

John Cunninghman

Karl Eberhardt (1982)
Karl was one of the bad guys, he wanted to be the first to be out with the solaramite car and he wouldn't stop at anything to achieve his goal. At first Bo offered him to merge with Jupiter Enterprises but he refused. He tried to sabotage Tony & Georgina's plan by paying off Franklin who worked at Georgina's garage. He tried to kill Bo & Mimi with his associate Desmond. He blackmailed Brad Vernon to get him the plans of the solaramite car and in the way threatened to hurt Kat, Mary & Jenny. Jesse Rogers & Dinty did most of his dirty work threatening to kill Tony Lord as well. According to Asa's friend, Melody Rambo, Karl liked classy ladies.

Walter Honeycutt (2008)
Asa's friend from Texas; after Asa's death, all sort of attacks began on Buchanan Enterprises. After Virgil Webster's attack Bo & Clint called up Walter to help them find out who was behind it all. Walter gave them some names but after he left Lindsay got out of him more than he wanted to tell by getting him drunk.

Ellen Cochern Foley (2005-06)
Crazy Margaret's sister and mother of Ginger. She came to her relatives funerals after Margaret was mysteriousley drowned and Ginger was killed in a hit and run accident. She came to testify against Todd at his murder trial.

Matthew Ashford

Dr. Drew Ralston (1982-1983)
When Bo Buchanan thought he was a "Ralston", Drew was the first one who came to Llanview. Drew was supposed to be working at the downfall of the Buchanans, although he was reluctant to do that. He romanced Samantha Vernon and later offered to marry the pregnant Becky Lee Abbott (who was pregnant with Bo's child). Drew was killed on the morning of the wedding when a he was shor during a robbery at the flower shop. Becky Lee name her baby afte him unfortunately his fate wasn't different.

Proffesor Stephen Haver - The Music Box Killer (2003-04)
Son of Marlena and brother of Kenny, Dr. Stephen Haver was a psychology professor at Llanview University who specializes in human sexuality and researched serial killers and sexual predators. He became a part of the investigation of an especially nasty killer who targets female college students. Since the killer leaves behind children's music boxes at the scenes of the murders he has been labeled the Music Box Killer. He started helping Rae Cummings with the police investigation. Jessica who's writing an article for The Banner about the MBK also gets close to Stephen and becomes his assistant. Stephen started treating Troy MacIver (who in the mean time falsly admitted to being the MBK).
At the same time a couple of murders had occurred in New Jersey (includin Caitlin Fitzgerald , John's fiancee), with the death of a P.I., who was working for Kevin Buchanan (Elyssa Collins) it appeared that the killing was not due to her case, but that she was the fourth victim of the killer who now seemed to have relocated to Llanview, The MBK. All the victims were strangled with a red pair of dancer's tights, a music box was found near the body, and heart shaped tears were painted on the victims' cheeks (later it was discovered that the number victim, that was how many tears the killer painted on her cheek). The killer wore black, and heavy black gloves. He had a black bag, and a music box which played Tchaikovsky's Romeo et Juliet; he had a number of red lipsticks and finger nail polish bottles, and a pair of red leotards. His next Llanview victim was Jen Buchanan's friend,Karen (who was a hooker). His next Vicitm was L.U. Student, Madison. He also attacked Jen alone, fortunately she was saved by Rex. Later on it was Gabrielle Medina who was strangled to death in New Year's Eve. In the meantime Lindsay Rappaoprt got some threatening notes and blooded music box left at her gallery. Afterwards Flash Roberts was attacked, fortunetaley she survived the ordeal. After Flash, the killer attacked Natalie.
At the same time Rae was beginning to suspect her colleague and Troy told her she already knew who the killer was, it was Stephen. Rae searched Haver's office and found some incriminating evidence from another serial killer investigation. Only Stephen surprised her and kidnapped her holding her locked in a basement. Rae started analyzing him and talking about his childhood. It was learned that Stephen's mother was a hippie who went from man to man. She left him with his grandparents to raise him. Stephen talked about how his grandmother used to beat him in public, while his wheelchair bound grandfather sat by. He discloses how "rayon and polyester" went up like a torch. While they burned in the locked bedroom, he managed to jump from a second story window. When his mother came back with a new, older husband, she wasn't happy that she had to take him with her. He wondered why she kept his brother, Kenny. While talking about his past he demanded that Rae name his next victim, but she was unable and unwilling to do so. After suggesting he's been trying to punish his mother over and over again by killing women who remind him of her, Stephen forced Rae to sit on the floor with her legs crossed and sing "We Shall Overcome." Later he laid her out in the middle of a bundle of cloths and doused the area with gasoline. He then tosses a match on the gasoline and sets Rae ablaze.
Stephen drugged Jessica and convinced her to reveal the police plans about him. He planned to kill her and her twin sister Natalie. Jessica and Natalie were trunsfereed to a safe house while Jess kept updating Stepphen because of the drugs. Stephen then kidnapped John's mother, Eve, and drugged her as well. Eve told Natalie Cris was really alive what pulled her out of the hideout and on to a plane where Stephen was waiting for her. He held her and Eve and called John. Eve wa found drowning at the docks by Bo while Haver threatened to blow Natalie up.
John trained his gun on Stephen who sneered that Natalie is in his bed strapped to a bomb, same place that Caitlin was. He brags about his never making any mistakes during all of these years and how he hasn't been caught yet. As Bo, Antonio and others quietly make their way to the room, John informs Stephen that he has indeed made a mistake, that one of his victims is alive and can identify him! Suddenly, Rae walks into the room!! She crawled out when the door blew off in the fire but before the explosion. Rae inquires about Haver's college girlfriend, the one who dumped him. Stephen blew up and yelled that he was the one who broke it off, because she was a whore. When Rae began to speak to Stephen as his mother would, the man lost it. Stephen was finally captured when John found the right time to jump on him. The others rush into the room and Antonio was able to make a catch of the control that has flown out of Stephen's hand. Stephen was taken out in cuffs but without any warning, a beeper began to sound - there was a second device that shows only 4 minutes to go before the bomb is set off! With no time to spare, John saved Natalie by cutting of the white wire and leaving the scene.
On the day of his trial Stephen was shot with a gun that was registered under John's name. John became the prime suspect not only that but Stephen also told Michael moments before he died that John was the one wh killed him. Before his death, through his lawyer, Stephen sent a tape where a cop was admitting John told him he was going to kill Haver. It turned out the cop is dead but Stephen was behind it all - He drugged the cop and then filmed the tape and killed him. Afterwards he mastermized his own murder. As John was released he was given a note from Haver's lawyer saying: "You missed one - may be dead, may be alive. Cops always think they are the hunters." Even after he died Stephen continued to make trouble by the result of switching John's pillshe caused him to faint, fortunately he was saved in time and rescued by his brother.

Mutual acquaintances: Bo, Asa & Viki for sure knew them both. Bo thought he was Drew's cousin at the time, Asa married Becky Lee after Drew died and Viki was the dean at LU while Stephen worked there. Dorian was also around at both times with no special relationship with either one of them.

Scott Edgar (1983)
Scott was David Renaldi's agent but David fired him after doing some backgroung check on him with his fellow agent Cantos. He was an undercover agent who spied on David and was involved in the mess in San Carlos. He threatened Eva Vasquez to hide him or else he would hurt her mother and her friend in San Carlos. He tried to get a job as a music critic on The Banner but Viki decided against it. He was murdered by Gilligan and Gosden, two San Carlos men who pretended to be FBI agents. They tried to shoot David Renaldi but Scott ended up dead. Later they tried to pin the murder on David.

Danton Gordon (1989)
Roger Gordon's father; He was the architect of Eterna and also the leader of its people. When the Llanview gang found the lost city they saw him on a the big screen there. He died with most of the citizens of the underground city.

Chip was dating Connie O'Neill when she was first introduced and was working along with her father and sister, Didi at the Lord-Manning factory. He was jealous of Connie's interest in newcomer Bill Brady. Connie later dumped him because of a practical joke he played onher sister Joy.

Roy Thinnes

Alex Crown (1984-1985; 1987)
Alessandro Coronal was the son of mob kingpin Leo Coronal. Unlike his father he had gone straight and tried to make a good home for his son Rob. He believed his wife, Laurel had died in childbirth (all part of his father's plan). He changed his name to Alex Crown and owned a string of hotels. He was thrilled to discover that Laurel was alive and living in Llanview after his father's death. He wanted to reunite with his wife, and their son, but Laurel was not interested. However the mob was pressuring him to become a mob boss but he refused. This decision endangered the entire family. The rival mob family the Descamedes tried to kill Alex while he visited Rob in the hospital. Alex also found out that J.B. Descamedes, The son of Aristotle Descamedes ordered the hit on his father. With the help of his son Rob and Marco Dane, Alex concocted an elaborate plot to send all of the mobsters to jail and fake his own death in the process! His plan worked, but then Aristotle Descamedes, the mob ringleader, was released on bail, Marco infiltrated his organization and was assigned the task of killing Alex. Marco and Alex acted out a charade to make Descamedes believe that the deed was done. Alex Crown went underground but reappeared in order to warn Marco they were on to their plan and he killed his old enemy. He went underground, however not all was going well, Dorian Lord discovered that Alex was alive and blackmailed Rob to break his engagement to Cassie. Rob gave in, but later Alex joined the Witness Protection Program and Cassie and Rob were safe and free to marry. Alex was murdered by Dr. Donald Lamarr two years later in Mountain View Clinic where Melinda Cramer was staying. Melinda witnessed the murder which accured at her doctor's office by Lamarr's accomplice Griffin Clark who strangled Alex whom afterwards was pushed by Lamarr into the ECT machine and died.

Cop - Alex imposer (1987)
Mari Lynn Dennison went on trial for her mother's, Lee Sanders, murder. She pleaded that it was Donald Lamarr who was to blame. Melinda Cramer and Jon Russell decided to stage an incident in court that would prove Lamarr's guilt in both cases (Lee's & Alex's). While he was on the stand, a man who bore a striking resemblance to dead mob kingpin Alex Crown stepped into the courtroom. Lamarr freaked and attacked the man, who was actually just a cop in disguise. This was enough to prove Lamarr's guilt and Mari Lynn was freed.

General Sloan Carpenter (1992-1995)
Sloan was husband of Rebecca and the father of Andrew and William. A military man, Sloan lost his wife and didn't have good relationships with his sons. After he retired he started to write a biographical book, "Lord Of The Banner" about the late Victor Lord. After being diagnosed with Hodgkins disease Sloan came to town to make peace with his son, Andrew who tried to make him face the truth about his other son, William, who was gay and had died of AIDS. After Andrew was accused of taking adventage of young Billy Douglas, Sloan urged his son to come out and proclaim his heterosexuality but, apart from maintaining that he did not try to molest Billy, Andrew refused to disclose that information. He arranged for the AIDS Quilt to come to Llanview and planned to add his brother's name to the quilt. This engraged Sloan who didn't want to put their last name in such a thing but Andrew pushed on with his plans and Viki who became a good friend to Sloan tried to get him to accept Andrew's plans. The day of the Quilt ceremony arrived and after Andrew brought William's quilt to its new home, he felt a hand on his shoulder - It was Sloan's - he wanted to help lay the panel. Sloan then told Andrew all about his relationship with William. Sloan took William, as a boy, to the beach one day and taught him how to fly a kite. William was not a strong, athletic boy and the kite soon got caught in the trees. Sloan had been so enraged that his son had failed to master something so simple as a kite, he had slapped him. From that day forward, the bond between father and son had been broken. Sloan cried and begged for forgiveness from his beloved son William while Andrew and Viki comforted him.
Sloan and Viki atrted getting very close and developed strong feeling one towards another while Viki was still married to Clint. However when Sloan asked Viki to go away with him to Vermont, she agreed - unaware that Dorian was staying at the same place. When Dorian saw Sloan and Viki together, she caled Clint while disguising her voice, telling him that Viki had broken her leg and needed his help. Clint walked in on Sloan and Viki in bed! Clint was furious and he filed for divorce.
After Sloan finally published his book "Lord of the Banner" it caused waves in Llanview. It insinuated that Dorian was the black widow who'd taken his life. Furious, Dorian planned her revange and after Sloan took a job as dean of Llanview University, Dorian tricked a young student named Emily Haynes to believe Sloan was actually making passes at her. Emily made accusations that Sloan was indecently coming on to her. Emily dropped the charges after Dorian's scheme was revealed.
Viki and Sloan travelled to Miami to visit Dorian's neice Blair. Blair told them that Dorian had signed a confession to Victor's murder and that she had always been worried that Victor's nurse Ethel Crawford, might come forward with some damaging evidence. Sloan encouraged Viki to open up her father's grave and sent his body to autopsy which revealed Victor was smothered to death. Sloan and Viki came to Maryland to talk with nurse Ethel Crawford and tried to convince her to testify against Dorian on her reopened murder trial.
After discovering that his Hodgkins disease was out of remission, Sloan, not wanting to put Viki through the pain of watching his death, staged a breakup with her by pretending to fall in love with an old flame of his, Beverly Crane. Beverly unwittingly went along with the plan. Ironicly it was Clint who discovered the truth and realized that Sloan really did love Viki. Clint told Viki the truth and Sloan and Viki were married shortly after Thanksgiving in a ceremony at his hospital room. Sloan died shortly after the New Year 1995.

Man in casino (2002 - Live Week)
On May 2002 OLTL aired live for a week. While Cris & Jen ran off to Vegas they were followed by Al, Max and Roxy. While the Llanview gang were at the casino we saw ex-llanviewers at the end of each episode. On Tuesday after Matthew whispered: "I see dead people.." we saw a man holding up cue cards while the closing credits were written and this was his last time on the show.

Mutual acquaintances: In both times (Alex & Sloan) Cassie was his daughter in law (although it wasn't the same actress). Most of the vets knew him in both roles: Viki, Clint, Asa, Dorian (who was his rival in both times), Larry & Wanda.

Arthur Vandenburg (1993; 1995)
Arthur was the publisher of Sloan's book "Lord of the Banner"; Viki knew him from years back. Dorian later contacted him when she wated to write a book of her own.

Peter was Lydia Farr's devious partner. He imprisoned Asa in an attempt to control the oil prices in Venice. Lydia was shocked when he decided to ask for a ransom for the old man. Later he also held Lydia prisoner to keep them both from bidding on offshore drilling rights in the Adriatic.

Jeremy Hunter (1991)
AMC's (and later Loving's) Jeremy Hunter shortly visited Llanview to discuss art, but the conversation was put on hold because of a fire at Llanfair.

Jeremy came to Pine Valley to do artwork for the Tempo magazine. Erica was the editor and when she and Jeremy met, they were instantly attracted to each other and later fell in love. He was reluctant to consummate their relationship because he had sworn a vow of celibacy.
Jeremy made a trip to his father's home in Canada to get away from his frustrating romance with Erica. Erica invited Alex and Jeremy to come and live in her house in Pine Valley. Erica, falling in love with Jeremy, was heartsick to learn that Jeremy's stepmother, Natalie, a former love interest of his, still loved Jeremy.
Finally, Kantu the Tibetan monk leader released Jeremy from his vow of celibacy. Natalie wanted Jeremy and Erica was the last woman that could have him. Alex Hunter, Jeremy's father, and Erica visited Canada to interview a celebrated author and Alex made a pass at Erica. Erica rebuffed him, escaping in his Land Rover and suddenly a rocky landslide trapped Erica. She escaped to the author's cabin. Jeremy and Natalie searched for them, believing they were both lost and gone forever. While Jeremy was grieving, Natalie got Jeremy drunk, then slipped into bed beside him. In the morning, Natalie convinced him they had made love. Erica and Alex were both soon found and Jeremy was excited to find Erica alive and forgot about Natalie. Alex's life ended during a foxhunt when he fell off his horse and died. The foot strap of Alex's saddle had been cut and Jeremy was the accused killer. Later, Jeremy was proven innocent whenit tuned out Andrew Cortland tried to kill Ross Chandler and Alex and Ross switched horses at the last minute.
Natalie, who was now free of Alex, pursued Jeremy with more ardor. Jeremy was now engaged to Erica when Natalie told him she was pregnant with his child. Jeremy felt compelled to marry her, leaving Erica in the dust. Natalie discovered Jeremy and Erica in their secret hideaway making love and went after Erica with a gun. Jeremy arrived just in time to save them, both were in a disabled elevator, unfortunately, he could only save one at a time and he chose Natalie because of her pregnancy. He returned to save Erica but fortunately, Tom Cudahy was able to grab Erica before the elevator totally collapsed. Erica revealed that Natalie and Jeremy's marriage was a fraud because she had hired an actor to play the minister.
Later, Erica Kane and Brooke English were hijacked by a band of kidnappers and Jeremy saved them and declared his love for Erica. Meanwhile, Jeremy delivered Natalie's son, Timothy, while stranded on a private island.
Adam Chandler wanted Erica Kane for himself and decided to prove Jeremy was the father of Natalie's baby when he rigged a paternity test. Natalie confessed that it was really Alex's baby not Jeremy's.
Erica was hiding her drug addict brother, Mark Dalton, who had been having an affair with a married woman and whose husband, Earl Mitchell, came gunning for Mark. Jeremy was arrested for killing Earl and was sent to jail where he was severely beaten. A petrified Erica wanted to get Jeremy out of jail desperately. Erica created a grand scheme to marry Jeremy while he was still in jail and during the ceremony, Matt Connelly was to fly a helicopter over the area and whisk them away. Unfortunately for Erica, Jeremy refused to go along with her scheme. Jeremy was eventually cleared of killing Earl, but Erica could never forgive him for not leaving with her.
Noelle Keaton, a young woman suffering from amnesia, was actually Erica's long lost sister, Silver. Jeremy helped Noelle to discover her past and fell in love with her. They went to Cobbler's Island in Canada where they discovered that Goldie Kane, her mother, had hypnotized Silver with an order to kill Erica. Jeremy and Silver came back to Pine Valley and Silver began treatment at Oak Haven Sanitarium. Jeremy was very suspicious of the doctor, only to discover he was the leader of a mysterious cult. Even more astonishing was that he was actually Silver's husband and behind Goldie's plan to kill Erica. Dr. Lazarre was about to push Erica and Silver off a bridge when Jeremy came to the rescue and after a struggle; Dr. Lazarre plunged to his death. Silver and Jeremy tried to mend their relationship, but Natalie still had feelings for Jeremy and Silver knew it. Silver stalked Natalie, pretending to be a rapist to scare Natalie, but finally Jeremy admitted to Silver that he still loved Natalie and they must end their relationship. Silver attacked Natalie, they struggled, the gun went off and Silver was dead.
Natalie was charged with murder but the answering machine tape revealed the truth and she was exonerated. Natalie was free to marry Jeremy. A former flame of Jeremy's, Marissa Rampal turned up with Jeremy's teenage son, David. It took a while, but David finally came to care for his dad and secretly hoped that his parents might someday get back together. After an altercation with Natalie, Marissa fell down a flight of stairs, David witnessed the event and turned away from Jeremy.
Ceara Connor came to Pine Valley and set her sights on David, much to Jeremy's chagrin. Jeremy thought her to be a gold-digger and so he set out to win her over and break them up. Jeremy, without realizing it, had fallen in love with Ceara. She had some major problems when her father arrived in Pine Valley because he had molested her as a child! Ceara shot and killed her father in self-defense, but she suffered a mild breakdown. Jeremy and Ceara were married that New Year's Eve. Ceara and Jeremy moved to Corinth so Jeremy could teach at Alden University. Ceara was killed there and Jamie found out he had an evil twin brother Gilbert. Jeremy was killed when he was encased in quick-drying cement--standing up--a statue!
Jeremy returned in spirit to help Gillian with the acceptance of her death in 2001.

Mutual acquaintances: None I believe since no one from the group who travelled to Venice back then was living at Llanfair. However he did had some sort of family tie to someone else in Llanview; Jeremy was married to Rae Cumming's biological cousin (from Myrtle's side), Ceara Connor.

Elena (1985)
The first actress in the role; Elena worked with Sherry Carmichael, a New York hooker, to bring down Pete O'Neill. They tried to get Pete drunk. Sherry was a partner in the Hostess with the Mostes' and was prepared to go to great lengths to keep Pete from testifying.

Alex Olanov Hesser Buchanan Buchanan Stuart (1990-97; 2001-02)
Alex Olanov first came to Llanview when she was employed by the FAB (Federal Anti-crime Bureau). Alex joined the agency in order to locate her father Nat (aka Shadowman) who was in a witness protection program. She was assigned to help in the search of Bo's missing wife, Sarah. They tracked Sarah and her captors on NC but as they got there they only saw them going onto a plane that was hit by a lightning when he got to the sky. Bo heard Sarah's voice on the radio but a few days later the planes wracks were found and Sarah was declared dead. Alex who was also a lawyer decided to stay in town, comfroting Bo and handling some of Asa's business affairs. Meanwhile Alex found out that it was her own agency that kidnapped Sarah and her boss Fred Porter was in charge of the operation. The deal was that Carlo Hesser in exchange for protection from prosecution, promised to inform the FAB on worldwide drug-trafficking activities. Fred was arrested and Alex took his daughter Lisa under her care. Alex met her father when she tried to help Bo find an antidote to the drug Carlo had given Viki. Alex and Bo were together for a while but Bo ended things with her and started seeing Cassie Callison. Together with Dorian (Cassie's mom) they planned to brake the young couple - Alex pretended to carry Bo's child. Af first it worked and Cassie backed out but then she forced Alex to take a pregnancy test and the scam was off. Alex was tired of taking care of teenage Lisa so she forged a letter from her father sending her to a boarding school. Meanwhile Fred escaped from prison but as soon Alex heard about it she tracked him down and killed him in order to prevent her involvement in Sarah's kidnnaping. Alex started loosing her mind and one day even tried to stab Cassie with a letter opener. Moreover, she followed he young couple when they were on a vecation a Loon Lake and kidnapped Cassie from there forcing her to rown to the midlle of the lake where she tried to drown her. Fortunately she was saved by Bo and Alex was sent to Mountain View Clinic. At Mountainview Clinic, Alex stabbed a guard with the sharp end of a pen and made an escape. While the cops where after her she found a nice present for Bo & Cassie's wedding, the very much a live Sarah Buchanan and she brought her on their wedding day. It turned out Alex knew all along Sarah was alive and being held in a beach house by Carlo's men. Alex was cought by Troy Alexander and sent back to Mountainview.
Alex tried to blackmail Herb Callison with some "scandalous" photos, but he was not so pliant as she hoped. She made a deal with the new DA Hank Gannon; Alex delivered evidence against Carlo Hesser and Hank will release her. Released at last, Alex directed Hank to incriminating tapes hidden in a scarecrow at Carlo's cottage. Only Alex was two timin Hank when she destryed those tapes and married Carlo (blackmailing him into marriage) so she couldn't testify against him. Herb married Alex and Carlo in Carlo's penthouse. Alex and Carlo grew toloveeach other and had a passionate marrige. However their happiness was cut shortly after when Carlo was murdered. Carlo's niece, Stephanie, found out he was responsible for her father's death and she shot him. Alex came right after the shooting and took Stephanie home cleaning the gun and hiding it. Stephanie eventually admitted the fact she shot Carlo and freed Srah Buchanan who was accused of the murder but Alex, out of loyalty to Carlo's family, kidnapped her and sent her off to Mexico, where she wouldn't be prosecuted. Alex picked up the pieces of Carlo's business interests and became a mob queen. Only mob boss Moose Mulligan wasn't going to accept her and began trying taking over. Alex was shocked to find a picture in the paper of Egyptologist Mortimer Bern who looked exactly like her late husband Carlo. Alex ordered bringing Mort to Llanview and with him he brought the jewels of Cleopatra to Llanview's Museum. Cain and Tina were now looking for a way to get back at Alex and decided to steal the Cleopatra jewels and frame Alex for the crime. But their plan backfired - Alex found out and posed as a cleaning lady, luring Cain and Tina into stealing the jewels themselves, then watching as the alarm sounded and they were caught. Alex took off with the jewels (hiding them in the basement of the penthouse) and Cain and Tina were caught by the cops. Mort was devastated when the jewels were stolen but soon Alex's tries to make him Carlo began to impact him,he shaved his head and deepened his voice. Cain and Tina located the stolen jewels and planted them in Alex's penthouse and then called Hank Gannon. Their plan freed them from police custody, but since Alex claimed that they set her up, no charges were press since it was too complicated. Alex gradually turned Mort into Carlo and when the newly-refurbished Mort appeared as Carlo, Moose Mulligan was shocked and horrified. Indeed, all of Llanview was left scratching their heads. Alex sat down and watched in glee as Mort began winning back Carlo's empire. Alex was thrilled to have "Carlo" scaring the daylights out of her mob enemies, but Mortimer was getting out of hand and began to believe he really was Carlo. When Alex found that she could no longer control Mort, she called his mother, Wilma Bern. Wilma was horrified to see what had become of Mort. She told him he and Carlo were actually twin brothers and she gave Carlo for adoption after he bacame to violent. Mortimer became afraid that the bad Carlo genes were in his blood and decided to leave town. Alex sought revange against Tina after the whole Cleopatra jewels scheme was over and tried to frame her of an attemp of murder while the victim would be Asa. Alex wore a Tina like wig and came into Asa's mansion trying to hit him on his head with a sculpture. Tina was arrested but fortunately saved when Cain taped Alex confessing her deeds and brought the tape to the police.
Alex set her eyes on Asa and decided the best way to win him over is to get back the land of Serenity Sprisngs to him. While snooping around the Springs she met Ty Moody and they began an affair, much to the chagrin of his sister, Luna. Ty and Alex (or Xan as he used to call her) had a short affair which ended after Alex staged a haunting on Serenity Springs in order to frighten Luna and get her to impact Max and sell the land only she frightened the little kids Al and CJ instead. With Asa's money Alex opened a new club\casino called Olanov's (later it was changed to Club Indigo). Asa and Alex became close and got married in a big Egyptian wedding in NYC's Central Park. Alex wanted very much to be accepted as the matriarch of the Buchanan family, but she was never truly accepted, not even by Nigel the butler. Woth Asa's pushing Alex entered politics and twon the elections of mayor of Llanview beating the last mayor Liz McNamara. Alex tried to turn Angel Square from the ghettos into a thriving metropolis by buying up property which she hoped to turn into an Arts Center. Asa later tried to dissuade her from doing so, but she refused to listen and scared the residents of Angel Square by threatening that the city would claim "eminent domain", and buy up their neighborhood. Asa was furious and Alex had no choice but to stop her plans or risk divorce.
Asa began a series of mysterious communications with a foreign businessman who called himself "Poseiden." Alex, fearing that her husband was up to something, did her darndest to discover Poseiden's identity. Eventually, Poseiden himself contacted Alex, luring her to a hotel room where he promised to reveal himself. Alex, armed with a gun, arrived only to find a single rose. On another occasion, she was drugged and awoke to find herself tattooed with a rose. Alex became aware that someone was in the mansion. In a stunning moment, she came face-to-face with her beloved, thought-deceased ex-husband Carlo Hesser who was the real Poseiden. Asa had a heart attack when he first saw Carlo but soon after he remarried Alex to maked their marriage legid. He had another heart attck when he realized Carlo as Poseiden stole his 30 million dollars and when he returned home he pretended to have amnesia, not knowing his wife and family. Alex found herself unable to live with the "new" Asa, and had her husband committed to the Mountainview Clinic and began seeing Carlo again. Asa sued for divorce and plotted with Max and Maggie to make Carlo think he was dead. This fact drove Carlo to have a baby soon and he wanted this baby to be with Alex. Only Alex tied her tubes years ago, not wanting to dissapoint Carlo Alex decided to forge a pregnancy with the help of RJ Gannon. Alex and Carlo planned to be married on his yacht but Asa decided to drop by in the middle of the ceremony and exposed Alex's pregnancy pillow. Carlo left Alex and she began seeing millioner Guy Armitage. Later Carlo had a big ball on the S.S. Orion where at its end he was found dead. Antonio Vega was accused of murder after Alex and RJ framed him but it was really Alex who shot him. Bo found Carlo' twin Mortimer who witnessed the murder and revealed Alex was the one responsible for it. In the mean time, trying to escape Alex kidnapped Det. Andy Harrison (Antonio's girlfriend) but eventuallt Andy was saved and Alex was caught. Alex managed to get off the hook on a technicality - on the night Andy had followed Alex into the warehouse, she'd neglected to announce herself as a police detective before pulling the gun on Alex. Thus, according to the judge, by stealing Andy's gun away and making a confession, Alex had been trying to protect herself. Alex was found out to being a match bone marrow to Starr Manning and she saved the young baby's life. In July 1997, Carlo returned to town (we now know it was Mort who died on the ship) briefly with Asa's $30 million and lured Alex away. Alex left a videotape for those she knew best, and she and Carlo got one final dig in on Asa before they vanished into thin air.
Alex returned to Llanview in 2001 when Asa found her where she was working as a stripper and convinced her that he wanted to marry her again. It was all a diversion, though, and Asa really married Gabrielle Medina (to get back at Max Holden) and locked Alex in a hotel room during the ceremony.
Alex's next return was a few months later when Asa faked his death and Alex was named in the will. Alex fully expected to be given money, instead, Asa gave her a little pouch of stripper gear. Alex was furious. She was determined, however, to find out who had really killed him, believing, along with everyone else, that Max Holden and Gabrielle Medina had murdered him. She tried helping Bo with the case, but he refused to let her. Finally, Alex went and stole Asa's "ashes" from the house and flew to Saint Blaizes Island. There, she discovered the real live Asa using his old alias Captain Jeb Stuart. She blackmailed him into marrying her, but Asa tricked her into marrying the janitor, who with Asa's help had changed his name to "Jeb Stuart". Bo and Hank found them just after the "ceremony" and Asa was hauled back to Llanview.
Later on Todd Manning tracked down Alex at the Dominican Rep. Getting divorced from the janitor. Todd and Blair's son, Jack was also diagnosed with the same illness Starr had and only Alex could save him. Alex agreed to save little Jack. Todd who made Blair think Jack was adopted hid the ordeal from her but a message that Alex left for Blair about the transplant exposed his line of secrets.

Angelina Parades - aka Isabella Santi (2004)
A little background first; Isabella was married to mob boss, Manuel Espinoza (he changed his name to Santi later on). The couple lived in Puerto Riko and had two boys: Manny Jr. and Augustico and adopted daughter Sonia Toledo. One day Manuel's rivals blew up his car while his family was inside. Everyone belived only Manuel Sr. had survived while Isabella took little Tico and ran off to Spain (calling herself Angelina) and little Manny was found by his aunt Carlotta and raised as her own son, Antonio.
Angelina first appeared in Llanview when Tico hosted a formal dinner at Lion's Heart to get to know his new found family. Tico introduced his governess friend from Madrid, Angelina Parades and Carlotta was shocked to see her since she knew her in the past and thought she had died years ago. Angelina was happy to be back with Tico and Sonia but she was nervous and scared. Each time Antonio got close enough to question her, Sonia and Tico blocked him. Angelina wore a locket that reminded Antonio something from his past which he couldn't figure out. Tico and Sonia kept quieting her and were trying to hide her secret identity from everyone else. When Jessica was finally left alone with her Angelina asked her to see Carlotta and Jess took her to the diner. Angelina had put a note at Tonio's loft telling him the truth only Sonia found the note and confronted her. Antonio questioned both Carlotta and Angelina about the reason he had access to Manuel's money and Angelina got upset and ran off. Antonio followed her and continued to pressure her to tell him all she knew. Finally when it seems she was going to talk, the kidnapper Tico had hired from Puerto Rico tried to shoot Antonio but Angelina pushed him out of the way and got shot. Antonio wanted to know why she took a bullet for him. Antonio visited the woman who saved his life, braking into Tico's house and entering her room. Angelina mumbled something about being Manuel's bride. Antonio kept askeing her more questions while she begged him to stop (since Sonia warned her about telling the truth). Meanwhile downstairs Tico and Sonia heard her and ruched to her room. Antonio managed to hide and continued his questions after they left. Angelina told him about the explsion and how Isabella thought her older son was dead and left with Tico. Antonio asked her what this had to do with him, and she called him Manuelito. He came to the realization that he is Manuelito and that his mother, Carlotta, must have been the woman who took him from the explosion and he left her room. Angelina got out of bed when Tico walked in and asked her where she she was going. She told him that she already told Tonio everything, but Tico didn't believe her. Angelina accused Tico of becoming like his father. During the fight she figured out that Tico was the one who has been trying to kill Antonio. After accusing him, Tico slapped his mother and grabbed her what made her fall back on the night stand knocking over broken glass. Tico heard Jessica calling him and ran downstairs after changing his shirt (it was was filled with Angelina's blood). At the same time upstairs the maid found Angelina and screamed. Tico, Sonia and Jessica raced up the stairs to find an already dead Angelina lying there. Tico tried to blame Antonio for their mother's death but Sonia cleared Toni's name. Antonio found a letter addressed to him from Angelina after her death explaining all and he had a flashback of being in Angelina's arms playing with her locket. She later came to him as a ghost before Jessica and Tico's wedding.

Mutual acquaintances: Only Dorian comes to my mind. Viki & Asa were around both times but had nothing to do with neither of them.

John Amos

Lt. Bill Moore (1986)
Bill was the liutent in charge of the case of Mitch Laurence's murder. He hoped to make a name for himself by bringing the murderer to justice. Delila confided her suspicions about bad cops in the LPD to him.

Det. Johnson (1987-88) ***
The second actor in the role; This Arizona detective was convinced that Gabrielle pulled Steve Holden's life support and he followed her to Llanview to try to prove it but he came up empty.

Ruth Perkins (1986)
Mother of Allison and the former wife of Warden Perkins from Statesville prison; Ruth Perkins was surprised when her daughter arrived with a baby she claimed Mitch had fathered. After Mitch's "death" Allsion had kidnapped baby Jessica from her paretns pretending to be Niki Smith. She brought the baby to New Jersey to her mother Ruth and told her she was her granddaughter. Allison named her Nancy. Mrs. Perkins took care of Jessica unaware that she was abetting her daughter in a kidnapping. Meanwhile in Llanview, Allison awnted to tell Viki the truth but Maria Roberts prevented her from doing so. Allison told Viki the truth but was later hit by a car and was put into a coma. Ruth eventually figured out the truth and returned Jessica to her parents.

Wilma Bern (1992)
The first actress in the role; Wilma came o town after Alex's plan was out of controll and Mortimer was fully turning into Carlo Hesser. Alex called Mort's mother to come and help her bring the old Mortimer back. Wilma arrived and was horrified to see what had become of her kind and nerdy Mort. It was time for her to tell the secret she'd kept for forty years. Mort and Carlo were actually twin brothers. Carlo had always been a violent child and once attacked Mort. Wilma had no choice but to give Carlo up to adoption and keep Mort. After his mother's visit Mortimer packed his bags and left town.

Mutual acquaintances: None, although Viki, Clint, Asa, Dorian, Larry & Wnada were around both times they had no connection to Wilma.

Jeannie Johnson (1986)
Alexandra was the second actress in this role; When Niki Smith flew to Santo Domingo to get a divorce from Clint, she befriended this young woman. Later Jeannie followed her new friend to Llanview and when she figured out who Niki was she helped Clint get his wife back at the Waterside Inn. She ended up in Statesville (that's when Alexandra took the role) where she befriended Dorian and tried to help her prove her innocene in Mitch's murder. Jeannie was Susan Bates' cellmate and Susan had the evidence to prove Dorian's innocense. After her release, Jamie Sanders, felt she might be a threat and his father, Charles gave him $50,000 to get Jeannie out of town because she could link Jamie with the cocaine operation. Jeannie visited Viki on the night Jessica (and Natalie) was kidnapped.

Whitney Lachlan (2005)
Alexandra played a day player role as Dorian & David's wedding planner.

Dr. Paige Miller Truman (2006-2007)
The third actress in this role; Dr. Miller is the ex-wife of Dr. Spencer Truman. The two had a child together whom Pagie gave up for adoption years ago. Spencer was blackmailing both Paige and his brother David Vickers with the secret og their involvment in Thomas McBain's death 25 years ago. Paige is dating Commisioner Bo Buchanan and was the Chief of Stuff at Llanview's hospital for a while before Spencer exposed she was drunk while she operated on Mr. McBain. Paige's license was revoked and she's now trying to find herself with Bo's help. She found out the son she gave for adoption all these years ago was living in Llanview and she already knows him, it's Hugh Hughes.

Mutual acquaintances: Dorian would be the only one who knew all three characters. Viki & Clint knew Jeannie and Paige, and David knew Whitney and Paige.

Charlotte Young (1986)
She was in Statesville when Dorian was sent there for the murder of Mitch Lawrence. She was Dorian's cellmate and Dorian took her place on the work detail which turned out to be a cocaine processing operation. Her favorive con was Mr. Mussles.

Addie Cramer (1991-Present)
Mother of Blair Daimler and sister of Dorian and Melinda. Moving from one foster home to another Blair found her biological mother at Clayton Psychiatric Hospital. Blair was a product of rape when a hospital worker raped Addie she got pregnant and had to give her daughter to adoption. Listening to her mother stories about the instituation, Blair came to the conclusion that Addie would be better living with her. Addie also told her she was sent to a mental instituation at the age of 13 after her sister Dorrie attacked her with a pair of scissors. Dorrie was Dorian Lord from Llanview and Blair came to town to get her revange on her. Blair kept Addie hidden in her room at the boarding house. Max Holden fell in love with Blair and since she cared less for him he decided to become a friend to her sick mother. Max suspected Blar was hiding something involving Addie but didn't know what. One night Addie was at Max's house and she witnessed Carlo's niece, Stephanie shooting him and in her schizophrenic terror, Addie had pushed Julia Medina down the stairs in her wheelchair. Blair decided she wants to marry Asa Buchanan so she could pay for her mother's treatments and she did. After they were married Blair and Addie move to Asa's mansion. Asa wanted a son and Blair decided to fake a pregnancy and told Addie her plans. Unfortuantely, Addie blabbed the news to Cain, who then told Tina. Blair suffered a fall down the stairs at the mansion and was rushed to the hospital, where Larry discovered she was not pregnant after all. He tried to explain the situation as a "hysterical pregnancy," but no one bought that, least of all Asa.
After Blair's marriage ended the two moved to Max's where Blair confronted her aunt Dorian. Dorian was shocked to learn her older sister was alive; Dorian had been told by her parents that Addie had died of pneumonia, when in reality, Addie had been locked up in a mental hospital for stabbing Dorian with a pair of scissors and not as Addie told Blair. Blair didn't believe that of course and Dorian showed Blair the large scar that still remained on her shoulder from the incident. The emotional fervor of the confrontation led Addie to go berserk and she threw herself out the attic window. Addie recovered physically but Blair had to admit that Addie needed more attention than she could provide her with and had Addie committed to nearby St. Anne's psychiatric hospital.
Since then Blair continued to love and care for her mother, she married Todd Manning (the first time) to get enough money to pay for Addie's stay at St. Anne's. She continued to have visits from her family and welcomed her first granddaughter, Starr. She was the one who told Todd Blair was pregnant for real this time and with his baby. She also liked Patrick Thornhart when he was involved with Blair.
When Cassie and Mel Hayes tried to uncover the Cramers' history theyturned to Addie among others but she wasn't so helpful. When they brought their other sister, Melinda from CA, she came to live with Dorian and kept talking about "the game" when they she pretended to hurt Dorian and then be punished. Dorian saw she couldn't keep Melinda quiet and messed with her medication causing her to loose contorl and to ran off to see Addie at St. Anne's (the two met last time when they were little girls before Addie was sent away). Melinda went back to CA but the secret was uncovered when they traveled to the Cramer's childhood house in Canton and met Miss. Stonecliff, their nanny. It turned out the Cramer's mother, Sonia, was still alive and she was the sick one - She didn't liked her girls because they made noise and disturbed her playing the piano. She caused Addie and Melinda's illness and killed their father. In an act of defence of her daughter Cassie Dorian knocked her mother down and caused her death.
Addie was at St. Anne when many other Llanview citizens were admitted there among them Lindsay, Allison Perkins & Jessica. When Rae came to work at St. Anne she discovered Starr hiding out in Addie's room (Starr was running from her parents). Addie knew from the beginning Walker was really Todd. She welcomed her second grandchild Jack to the family. She was last seen when Margaret atacked her at St. Anne.

Mutual acquaintances: Well, Dorian knew her both times and she was really close to her. Herb, Viki, Clint, Asa, Tina, Cord, Larry & Wanda were also around the first time but had nothing to do with Charlotte.

Shirley Stoler

Roberta "Tiny" Coleman (1986-1987)
Wade's mother; Tiny was introduced first when Dorian was sent to Statesville prison for the murder of Mitch Laurene. At first Dorian and Tiny didn't got along so well but a friendship prevailed developed when Dorian tended her during an epileptic attack. Tiny later revealed the information which exonerated Tina on the charge of murdering Maria Roberts.

Bert Mulligan (1993)
The widow of Moose Mulligan, the #2 mobster in the East Coast operations. After Carlo "died", Moose tried to take over his empire. He came to Alex with his snake Elvis to scare her off and when she told him she decided to be a mob queen he prepared to kill her at the Gangster Gala. However Alex's hand came on top when she showed up with the new "Carlo" (trained Mortimer) and scared Mulligan off. After his death, Bert came to town seeking revange against "Carlo". Bert was prepared to kill him but he was rescued by his mother who told everypne the truth about Mortimer and Carlo..

Mutual acquaintances: None I believe, although Dorian, Tina, Viki, Clint, Cord, Larry, Asa & Wanda were around both times.

Russ Anderson

Steve Holden (1987-88)
Son of Wingate and Patricia Holden and brother of Max and Andy. Steve was Max's younger brother and he resented the fact that Max would turn his back on their family's spread to follow another dream in Llanview. He followed his brother to town and married Gabrielle, planning to give her and Al (Max's son) a comfortable life and the Holden name. They went on a honeymoon at Arizona and Gabby found out Steve had bought a little ranch property from Clint called the Happy Horse Ranch and planned to settle his new family there. Gabrielle didn't want to be a ranch wife and began having second thoughts about the marrage. Steve found out what George Vasquez did to Clint's horse and to silent him up George hit him over the head with a fireplace poker and sent him to a long coma. Gabrielle appeared the grieving wife, but she seduced Max when he was drunk while her husband was still in a coma. She later even tried to smother him with a pillow, knowing that Max won't hurt his brother again this way, but she sopped herself in time. Steve fully recovered evetually and he started having memories from the time he was in a coma. He started having apointments with Dr. Cranwell who hypnotized him but Gabrielle interfered and stopped the ordeal. He was able to remember the smell of Gabby's favorite perfume the night of the smothering attemp but he quit digging at it beofre he found out the truth. Gabrielle felt she couldn't hide the truth from Steve anymore and told him her twisted side of the story about how Max had seduced her! Angry at his brother and fed up with wife, Steve filed for divorce. Meanwhile Gabrielle noticed Steve's special realtionship with the nurse who helped him to recover, Brenda McGillis, and hired a sleazy PI named Ronald McGovern to get something on them beofre the divorce was finalized.
Eventually, Steve fell in love with Brenda, who was much more his type. The two were invited to thedouble wedding of Tina & Cord and Asa & Renee where crazy Ursula planned to kill Tina with a bomb in the cake. On the reception Brenda and Steve were talking about getting married themselves. They were about to leave when Brenda decided to take a piece of wedding cake home. Steve, meanwhile had a chat with the gardener who told him that a crazy lady was waiting outside for the "fireworks". Steve interpreted "fireworks" as "bomb," looked at Brenda and rushed at her, knocking her to the floor as the knife sliced the wire in half. The bomb exploded and Steve shielded Brenda from the blast. Alas, he died in the process and a traumatized Brenda later discovered she was pregnant with twins (one had died through the pregnancy). She later gave birth to his son whom she named after him, Steven.

Det. McKeon (2006)
The Nappa detective who came to Nash's viner after George Reston was killed. He heard Nash and Claudia's version and later met Antonio Vega when came looking for Nash there.

Mutual acquaintances: None, since when McKeon was on there were no more Holdens in town. If you think about it Antonio was Steve's brother in law (although Seve never knew his sister Andy).

Janet Zarish

Lee Halpern Sanders(1987-88)
AKA Carol Harper Dennison; Carol was one of Renee Divine's girls in Nevada. She later married Tom Dennison and they had Mari Lynn together. While visitng Renee Tom thought his wife had returned to "the life", he took Mari Lynn and left her. Tom told Mari Lynn Carol had died in a car accident. Carol indeed had an accident and she needed plastic surgery - she got a new look and a new name Lee Halpren. Lee built up Dyna Women - an only female company.
Lee came to Llanview after her employee, Cyndy London. She stayed at the Vernon Inn and tried to sabotage it. She blackmailed Cyndy into helping her destroy Pam's hotel but Cyndy quit on her. She had more tricks in her sleeve like Bianca Crawford who tried to frame Geoff McGrath for theft and Cheryl Peterson who replaced Cyndy and helped bring the hotel down. Lee cooperated with Max Holden and the two became involved not only in business. Max later bought the hotel and named it "Holden Towers".
Lee befriended young Mari Lynn without knowing she really was her daughter, Milee. Tom later on found out Lee was really Carol and tried to keep the tuth from his daughter but she eventually found out and the two started bonding as mother and daughter. Lee tried to support Mari Lynn's relationship with Rick Gardener but when he suggested Mari Lynn would move away with him to Austria, she slipped steroids into his drink and he wasn't able to pass the olympic tests. She tried to point the finger on Tom but the relationship was over.
Lee got to know Charles Sanders and the two flirted with each other for awhile. One night they flew off to Las Vegas and married. Unfortunately Charles died on their honeymoon from a heart attack. Charles' family never accepted Lee and resented her for marrying him.
Meanwhile Tom and Lee started to restore the lost feelings for one another, they lived together in the carriage house with Mari Lynn and adviced her about her new relationship with Wade Coleman. Troubles came along when Lee's ex-lover Donald LaMarr came to Llanview and tried to get back at her. While atacking Lee, Mari Lynn came in and tried to defend her mother. In the struggle she tried to shoot Donald but he grabbed Lee and used her as a shield and she ended up dead.

Janet Ketning (2008)
Lee Ramsey's maid; She works at his penthouse and treats his mystery woman.

Lisa Peluso

Billie Giordano (1987-88)
Billie was Wade Coleman's ex-girlfriend. She tried to caudse troubles between Wade and Mari Lynn but eventually she failed. She snicked into old man Schaeffer's yacht, the S.S. Fantasia, while Jon and Cassie planned a romantic sale and was stuck with them when the yacht suffered from mechanical problems during a storm. Billie was a complete opposite from her older sister Det. Stacy Giordano who had some experience as a physical therapist but tuned out to be an excellent detective on the Llanview Police Force. Stacy was involved with the investigation following Delila's disappearance, and developed a warm relationship with Rafe, although nothing came out of it.

Gina Russo (2001)
The second actress in the role; Ben Davidson's first love from his time on the mob - Ben was a mob doctor and Gina was a member of the Russo crime famiy. When she first arrived in llanview she kidnapped Ben infrnt of his wife, Viki. Ben asked Gina to help him bring down Tim Rourke and her brother Tommy. At first she was furious with Ben's new way but she later agreed to help him and released him. Viki confronted Gina about her "contacts" and need to spend time alone with Ben and Gina admitted that she wanted Ben back for herself. Viki also discovered that Gina was actually Rourke's boss and that she was the one setting up the attempts on Ben's life in order to get him back. Gina forced Viki to leave Ben and lie that she was on a speaking tour by threatening to kill Jessica. Gina locked Viki in her basement and convinced Ben to stay with her for his own protection. Ben grew suspicious about Viki's whereabouts, so Gina had Viki call him and say she had left town to get away from him. Ben learned from Gina that Asa had put the hit on him. To keep Ben close, Gina lied that Rourke was still gunning for him after Ben learned Asa called off the hit. Viki grew more agitated during her confinement and eventually turned into Niki Smith, or did she? Viki's alters began emerging and Gina was introduced to Jean Randolph, Tommy and Niki. Ben became suspicious after learning that Gina questioned Jessica about Viki's DID. Jean convinced Gina that she could impersonate Viki in order to break-up with Ben. After passing Gina's test, Jean met Ben at CrossRoads and told him it was over. Ben finally understood that Viki (who was pretending to be Jean) was sending him clues and he realized that Gina was behind Viki's disappearance. Ben turned the tables on Gina and demanded to know where Viki was. Gina's thugs had already taken Viki up to the cliff where Gina planned to get rid of her. Ben arrived as a struggle broke out between Gina and Viki. Ben intervened but not before Gina rendered Viki unconscious with a hit to the head. Ben tried to coax the gun away from Gina but she accidentally fell off the cliff.

Mutual acquaintances: None I believe. Viki was in town when Billie was but they had no relationship as I recall. Asa & Max were also around both times but had no ties to either of them.

Loyita Chapel

Blaize Pardee Buchanan - aka Dorothy "Dot" Buchanan (1988)
Blaize was inroduced as part of the old west storyline when Clint Buchanan came to the desert and wandered into the strange town of Buchanan, 1888. Clint came into Blaize's Saloon, the town's watering place, and was befriended by Blaize, the love of Buck Buchanan (Clint's great-grandfather). When Clint figured out he was 100 years back in time and saw his ancstor marrying Blaize he tried to stop them but then he realized that red haired Blaize Pardee bore the given name Dorothy and he was able to freely give his blessings assured that she was indeed the notorious Dot Buchanan (his great-grandmother). Blaize was agood friend of May McGillis and the new schoolmarm, Virginia Fletcher. Ginny and Blaize were kidnapped by Deal (the town's villian) who sold them to white slave trader. Blaize managed to escape but she later fainted and whenshe woke up she found herself in the 20th century. She landed in the ranch where Geoge Vaquez was about to kill Steve Holden after hitting him over the head with a fireplace poker. She was later put in a mental health hospital, Pringle Institue, where Melinda Cramer was giving a talk. Melinda believed in her and took Blaize to Llanview. Much amazed at airplanes and television, she was more amazed to discover that her Buck was the spight image of Asa Buchanan. Putting the pieces together, Blaize realized that Clint was a time traveler like herself. She tried to convince Viki of this, but only young Kevin believed her story. Kevin told her the circumstances of his father's disappearance and she went to the ranch and managed to follow Clint's route, riding on his horse Okie to the sunset and landing back in Buchanan City.

Dallas Jones (1999; 2005)
Clint's gal from England. After Clint left Llanview in 98 to London they've met and became an item. When Clint came back a year later when Jessica was about to deliver her first born daughter (who died at childbirth) Dallas came with him to meet the family. Six years later when Clint returned to help Viki deal with Jessica's DID, Dallas soon followed after Clint couldn't return to London for Christmas. Dallas came into Llanfair and blamed Viki she wanted Clint back to herself, Clint was furious with her for blaming Viki in this emotional situation with their daughter and broke up with her. Dallas returned to London alone while Clint stayed in his rightful place, Llanview.

Mutual acquaintances: Although it's not sure wether the old west was a draem or reallity, Clint, Viki and Asa knew both ladies. We can count Renee as well in this and Kevin if he remember her visit from the old west.

Susan Batten

Nurse (1988)
Susan was a day player as the nurse who saved Steve Holden's life after George Vasquez unplugged his life support.

Luna Moody Evers Holden (1991-95; 1996; 2001; 2002; 2003-04)
Where can we be begin the story about Luna; this NC girl literly landed in the middle of Tina's garden party for "The Daughters of Llanview". At first she took a job at Wanda's Place as a waitress. Luna told Tina she would know when she'd meet her Mr. Right because his favorite color would be the "purple-pink color the sky makes moments before it sets over the mountains" and when she asked Max that question, he responded the same, word for word - Luna knew they'll end up together some way. Soon she was giving love advice on her radio show "Luna's Love Line" on WVLE. Luna fought Death to win Max over after he was shot and later she fought the ghost of her late husband Bobby who tried to convince her not to marry Max. Together (with Cord's help) they've built "Serenity Springs" and she was like a mother to his son, Al. When Todd attacked Luna's friend Marty after talking on her show in the alley outside the radio station, Luna raced into the alley, grabbed a metal pipe and hit Todd across the face with it. She scarred his face with that pipe for many years. However, Blair cought Max on his weakside and drugged him to Atlantic City to gamble (Max was addictd to gambling) where he slept with her. Luna found out and left Max. During a fight between them Al ran outside and Luna went after him running to the road only she was hit by a car driven by Blair leaving her paralized. Eventualy Luna forgave Max, recovered and helped Max deal with his gambling addiction. On Christmas Eve she told Max she was pregnant and soon she gave birth to twins Frankie & Leslie. Unfortunately Luna was shot and killed in Angel Aquare Community Center by a gang member while she visited her brother there.
She had four brothers: Charlemagne, Bascombe, Dylan & Ty, and two of them lived in Llanview for a while. Her older brother didn't like her relationship with Max but Luna was madly in love and no one could talk her out of it. Luna always believed in the goddess to guide her and shortly after her death came to guide fellow Llanviewers between them her husband Max when he found their son was deaf. She was on live week in the casino scenes of seeing dead people and she guided Al's spirit after his death how to come back to Marcy as Michael McBain.

Deborah Whitehart Pruitt (1992)
Deborah came as a ghost to hunt her husband, Suede who was serving time in prison from her murder (which he didn't commit). Actually Deborah was murdered by her father Marcus who pinned the murder on his son in law and Max and Luna helped Suede clear his name after Suede fell for Luna only from listening to her Radio show.

Mutual acquaintances: None - I don't think Max was present in the room after George tried to kill his brother. Steve (who was unconsious at the time) didn't get the chance to know Luna since he died 3 years before she came to town. The last role was intentionley played by the same actress maybe to show as the resemblence of Suede's loved ones (at least from the outside)

Christine Cromwell (1988-1989)
Daughter of Leo and Estelle and a talented photographer, Christine came to Llanview with her fahter who tried to pass her off as Viki's long lost daughter. Leo heard Viki was looking for her daughter from the past and claimed he had an affair with Niki Smith years ago resulting his daughter Christine - he wanted his daughter to become a Lord so he could have access to the Lord's fortune. Viki, who wanted desperately to find her first born, took his words and believed him (although the two looked nothing alike). They've told Christine the "truth" and Viki introduced her to her brothers and sister. Christine allowed herself to be drawn into the Buchanan family and accepted the fact that she must be Viki's daughter since her father had said so. Christine snapped some unflattering pictures of Megan Gordon which were later published at The Banner, Megan angrily snaped at Viki saying she was only protecting her since she was her daughter and not because she was a photographer in her staff (Ironicly..). Christine became involved with the married Wade Coleman who had some problems with his wife, Mari Lynn. Christine's father, Leo had claimed to found some old love letters of Ben Franklin and when Roger Gordon started to write for The Banner his first piece was presenting Leo as a fraud. Christine was furious about it and urged her father to go public with the name of his benefactor. When he refused, Christine was determined to find out who it was. Later, she found a photo of a man and woman with a newborn. "Estelle, Leo and Christine on the happiest day of our lives," read Christine. At the same time Viki's husband, Clint who wanted to double check the Cromwells had Larry Wolek comparing Viki & Christine blood types and found there was no match between the two. Christine had known nothing of her father's scheme and was very hurt when the truth came out. When Leo started repeatedly talking about the mountain Christine had called Wade. The two took the old man to the hospital thinking he was delirious. Eventually they all followed Leo's instructions and found themselves inside Llantano mountain, through a fissure in the mountain's wall, along with the others who were looking for the lost city of Eterna. Leo didn't survive the avalance inside the mountain and after his death Christine left town giving Wade and Mari Lynn a chance to reconcile.

Chandler's Lawyer (2005) ***
During the most longest and biggest custody battle about Ace Buchanan (aka James Chandler) she represnted the Chandlers (Adam and JR). Also battling for custody were the biological mother Babe Carey who kidnapped him from his sort of adoptive father, Kevin Buchanan. And on the other side were sitting the Buchanans and Cramers.

Mutual acquaintances: All the Buchahans have known her starting with Viki, Asa, Kevin, Jessica & Renee.

Kelly Bishop

Serena Wyman (1989)
Serena and her husband Ambrose were wonderfully caring and religious people (or so they seemed) who ran a charity called Lord Love the Children. Tina and Gabrielle were sent there to do community service. The charity was supposed to find places for children who didn't have a home. All seemed right untill Tina befriended a lonely little girl called Sandra who claimed that she still had a mother and a father. Tina began snooping around in Ambrose and Serena's files. At first she thought Sandra wasn't facing the truth about being an orphan and even went to Ambrose with that. Ambrose told Serena they'd have to keep an eye on Tina but as Tina got to know Sandra more she began believing the young girl. Tina remembered her friend from the halfway house, Garnette, whose child was kidnapped, She'd put two and two together and told Cord about the situation. They broke into Lord Love the Children late one night where Tina found Sandra's doll laying carelessly in the hallway and instantly knew something was wrong. Tina and Cord dug further into the mess and found out that Ambrose and Serena were using the charity as a cover for an illegal adoption ring; they were kidnapping children and selling them to couples who were desperate for children for $40,000 "donation". Tina and Cord were about to go to the police when Ambrose enacted his final plan. Luring Tina, Cord, Max, Gabrielle, Viki and Roger to a warehouse the night of New Year's Eve, he locked them inside with plastic explosives and told them they would all die. The group panicked, quickly turning the warehouse inside out looking for the bomb. When Roger found it, it was quickly disarmed. Ambrose came storming back into the warehouse, brandishing a gun. When Max made an attempt to tackle him, Ambrose tried to fire at Gabrielle, but Max jumped and took the bullet, nearly dying. The Wymans of course were sent to prison.

Lewis was a FAB agent. He worked with Kip for Fred Porter (who was Alex's boss as well). Fred ordered Kip & Lewis to kidnap the Gordon sisters. Megan drugged him and was able to escape, unfortunately Sarah was caught and presumed dead after Lewis & Kip had put her on a plane which later crushed.

DuAnn Demerest (1990)***
The first actress in the role (later replaced by Avril Gentles); A midwife from Sweetwater, Texas and a mother to Lee Ann. DuAnn delivered and raised Max Holden and was a good friend of his late mother, Patricia. When Max found out his mother had an affair with Asa Buchanan he went back home to get some answers from DuAnn. DuAnn was a deceitful, bitter old woman who hated Asaand she told Max that not only did they had an affair but Asa was also his biological father. When Tina ran off from Carlo she was stuck at Sweerwater because of a snow storm. Luckily she was followed by Cord and with DuAnn's help they delivered Sarah. DuAnn later moved to Llanview (played by a different actress now) to help them with little CJ and Sarah. Gabrielle who wanted Max to be Asa's son so she would be a Buchanan too bribed DuAnn to convince Asa that Max was his son and later when they ran blood tests Gabrielle made them look like father and son. Renee Buchanan heard Gabrielle and DuAnn talking about some money Gabby was supposed to give her. On the 4th of July party at the mansion Renee confronted DuAnn and realized the truth. She demanded DuAnn to tell Max the truth but instead DuAnn started blackmailing Renee who was afraid the truth would be too much for Asa. DuAnn and Renee had a big fight at the stables after DuAnn told her she was leaving the country without saying a word to anyone. Moments later Tina found DuAnn dead of a bullet wound to the chest. Renee was accused of the crime, but the real murderer was Julia Medina. Carlo (who loved Renee) payed off DuAnn so she won't reveal the truth. He sent Julia Medina to give her the money but when DuAnn threatened her, the two ladies struggled for the gun and DuAnn was killed. As the police closed in on Julia, Carlo offered her escape to another country. But on the way to the plane that would take her to anonymity, Julia's car "coincidentally" skidded off the road. Julia was left in a coma for months, and only after she woke she confessed the crime. Meanwhile, DuAnn's daughter, Lee Ann came to Llanview but that's another story.

Betsy Cramer (2003-2004)
Betsy was Lou's sister and a grumpy old lady who was ditched at the alter at the age of 19 and since then never been married and hated men. Aunt Betsy came to town and revealed at Blair and Walker's reception to Dorian and the family that she was dying, and wanted to leave her $30 million fortune to a female Cramer who had never been married or had children. The only Cramer fit was Starr but when Betsy heard some stories about her father Todd Manning, she decided since Starr has his genes she's not good enough to be her heir. Betsy decided to leave everything to Paul since he was never married or had children (what wasn't so true since he was married to Babe but no one in Llanview knew about that). Dorian and David refused to see all of Betsy's money go to Paul and began investigating his past in order to disqualify him as a contender for Betsy's heir. They haven't found what they were looking for although they were close (they got to Pine Valley) so they payed a woman to dress as his bride and while getting Paul drunk they pictured the happy couple and sent a copy to dear old Aunt Betsy. As Plan B, Dorian schemed with David to prove Adriana Colon, Carlotta's goddaughter, was her long lost daughter in an effort to get the money. To that effect, Dorian told Adriana that she was her biological mother and invited her to move into her mansion, La Boulaie. Betsy confronted Paul with the picture and fell for Dorian's scheme naming Adriana as her sole heir. Paul was able to make her see the picture was a fakeand that Davind and Dorian schemed him butsince Adriana was a female and more pure she chose her. Aunt Betsy was disappointed in Dorian for being with David but Dorian told her that David is a great lover and if Aunt Betsy ever had a lover she would feel the same way. Betsy told Paul she decided to put him in her will leaving him a sum of one hundred dollars. Paul lost his patience and called her a dried up nasty old bag. David flattered Aunt Betsy and gave her a brandy. Betsy made a request; she wanted to experience the ecstasy that Dorian said she feels with David and offerred him a million dollars to sleep with her. David said no but later they comprmised on one kiss and he agreed only Dorian showed up to find David kissing an already dead Aunt Betsy. Dorian at first confronted David saying her aunt was on medication and wouldn't drink but later she backed up David when Betsy's body was taken out. Paul blamed Dorian & David for causing her death but couldn't prove it.

Mutual acquaintances: The Cramers that were in town when DuAnn was were: Dorian, Cassie, Blair & Addie. However they all knew the second actress since Lois played her only for a short time while Max came to Texas. Moreover none of them had a connection to DuAnn.

Lucky Lippman (1990-1991)
Jake's best friend from Florida; Lucky and Jake were two ex-cons who came to town when Michael Grande hired them to do his dirty work. Michael had Jake and Lucky embezzle money and then set up his nemesis, Roger, for a fall. Michael planted a bomb in a briefcase and lured Roger to a warehouse, where it detonated. Roger was rushed to the hospital, barely clinging to life as his daughter Megan watched on helplessly. Jake was in love with Megan but thought she'd never go with a guy like him. One day at Llanview Hospital Larry and Viki barged in the lounge and found Michael dead of a bullet wound to the chest. Almost everybody was a suspect, as well as Lucky who wanted revange agaist his old boss. Megan was the prime suspect and Jake and Lucky joined forces with her to find the true murderer. The killer was none other than comatose Roger Gordon who acted in self defence. When Bo and Sarah went to go to their honeymoon on Badderly island while taking the cast of Fraternity Row (Bo's soap) along on a location shoot, Jake and Lucky soon followed. When Jake found out that Badderly was teeming with mobsters, headed by none other than Carlo Hesser, he and Lucky took off in a sailboat to reach them (Megan was a lead actress in Fraternity row). Unfortunately, the boat sank before they reached shore and Jake and Lucky had to swim the rest of the way back. Lucky had a pet bird called Tweety which came with them to Badderley.
Meanwhile, things were getting ugly between the mosters as they continued conducting business and the Llanviewers decided that something had to be done to get off the island quickly. Lucky Enlisted the help of beautiful native, Gloria Mundy who was at first a member of Johnny Dee's contingent but later fell for Lucky, and they attmpted to build a raft and later to signal for help. Since Tweety was a pigeon Lucky was able to use it to send a message to Jake who was on the other side of the island. Lucky who was pretending to be Spring Skye's husband on the island (they were pretending to be tourists) assured Gloria that he's going to divorce Spring and she agreed to return to Llanvview with him. In Llanview, Asa hired Lucky to scare Carlo by taking a shot at him but that plan didn't came through. Lucky was helping Megan deal with the fact Jake married Charlotte in order to stay close to the Hessers and prove Carlo's involvence in Sarah's disappearance. Lucky later bought the Spotlight club from Greg Ellis and made it his own place.

Agent Ray Castillo (2004)
John's friend from the FBI; John called Ray after Angelina Santi was found dead asking him why they arrested Antonio Vega and didn't let the LPD handle the case. Ray told him that the investigation went beyond federal and he tought maybe the INL was involved in the case. They questioned Sonia's part in the case and Ray promised to see what he can find out about her not before warning him to back away if she really is an agent.

Mutual acquaintances: None. Ray was in scenes only with John so no one could have recodnize him - maybe Bo saw him in the hall.


Burke Moses

Chad Cummings (1991)
Chad was the producer of Hunter Guthrie's movie. He was backed by Carlo Hesser who ordered him to kill Jake. Chad ordered his crew member, Alonzo, to stage an accident which was supposed to kill Jake, fortunately they didn't succeed. Chad had a reputation for gambling away his profits.

Bulge Hackman (1993)
Bulge was one of Alex's bully boys and a longtime admirer of hers. After Alex saw Mortimer's picture in the paper she sent Bulge to bring him to town while Bulge literally dragged Mort there. Later he was shot in the foot when Mortimer was trying to learn to handle a gun. Trying to escape a murder warrant, he turned to Alex for help. Alex said she would help him and then called the police. He later teamed up with Asa's nemesis, Buck Miller, and the two decided they would make their revange by kidnapping Alex on her wedding day to Asa. Bulge and Buck, dressed as nuns, spirited Alex away as she arrived. The Buchanan boys, headed by Asa, rode off on horseback to save the damsel in distress. In a chase through the countryside, Asa cut off the chariot carrying Alex and lassooed himself the culprits, who were then forced to watch the ceremony in person. We saw Buck years later when David was trying to sell Todd and Blair's baby Jack, but Bulge wasn't mention again.

Calvin Jenkins (2008)
The third person to attack Buchanan Enterprises after Asa's death. Blackmailed by Dorian who holds shares in his company Jenkins Industry he went after the Buchanans in spite of the fact that Asa was the one who helped and supported him to build his company. He seems to know Viki. He's married and has a son.

Mutual acquaintances: Although not a long time passed between the two I don't think there were. Alex was in town when Chad was but she wasn't connected to his storyline nor was Asa or the others who knew Bulge.

Lindsey worked for Clint & Viki at The Banner. At the time, Clint and Viki began to have problems; while Viki turned to Sloan, Clint turned to his emplowee, Lindsey. Lindsey made it clear she wanted them to be friends since she cared for him and didn't want to be his rebound relationship. They went on a few dates and she also won "The Women In Journalism Association Award". Lindsey stood by Clint in the hard times. The relationship stopped after Clint had a near death accident. He was hospitalized and when he returned they remained good friends.

Dr. Young (2007)
A good friend of Marty and a psychiatric who worked with the LPD. Marty began seeing her after having visions of killing Spencer Truman. Miles went to see her too in order to find Marty's secret. He tricked her and she was out of the room for a moment he stole the tape from Marty's session. Dr. Young believed Marty was innocent although Marty truly believed she had murdered Spencer.

Kevin O'Rourke

Jack Tucker (1992-1993)
A truck driver and an ex-alchoholic; he drove Bo & Sarah off the road on Thanksgiving, the day before their wedding. Jack saved Bo but it was too late for Sarah. At first Jack acted as a witness and didn't confess. Bo suspected Marty was the driver and later Nora believed she herself was the driver but eventually he was caught.

Mayor Stanly Lowell (2007-2008)
Llanview's mayor; he had problems with the way Bo was handling the police department and with the way Nora was handling the DA's office. He believed too many cases are left unsolved and that the criminals are set free. He fired Bo on the night of The Red Ball in front of everyone and hired ex-FBI agent Lee Ramsey. It seems Ramsey had blackmailed him to appoint him. He's a good friend of Dorian's and has escorted her on several occasions.

This no-nonsense attorney represented Todd when he was accused of the hospital rapes. After getting his pardon, Todd began filling his community service requirements at the hospital. It was there that he met new nurse Alice Henson. One night, Alice walked out to her car, fumbled for her keys and was suddenly attacked from behind by a masked figure. Alice was raped there, in the parking lot and naturally, everyone blamed Todd. Later another nurse fell victim to the serial rapist, Todd's freedom came into question again. Todd turned to Hallie who believed the man was telling the truth and fought the system for him. Meanwhile Todd decided to find the criminal himself. He nearly caught him one night, trying to rape another woman, but the man got away. Then, Todd managed to track him to a hotel room. Breaking in, Todd was shocked to discover a notebook filled with poems to "Rebecca, my love". Powell Lord, his frat brother, was the rapist.

Prentice Little (1997)
A photographer Dorian wanted to hire for a Melador ad campaign. She came to meet her at a restaurant where she literrly fell on her next husband, Mel Hayes.

After Eleanor Armitage's death, Ian and Maggie went to dig information at her old home where they met Hannah. Hannah told the two that Eleanor and John Carpenter were lovers and that she got pregnant with twins. She gave the girl to John and the boy was raised by her and her new husband Guy.

Heather (2000)
While Jesse, Cris and Will were on the run from the law (Will was set up by Asa and blamed with embezzlment) they came to Ohio where they met a rock band whose members were: Heather, Justin and Ric. They decided it'd be a good cover if they joined them and they intoduced themselves as Meg, Jose and Bill. Heather was the lead singer and she was less than thrilled when she met them. She let Jess audition as a back-up singer but then stopped it in the middle of a song and told her to get lost, but that Bill and Jose can stay as stagehands. Heather didn't want Jess to come with the group. Heather was interested in "Jose" and asked "Bill" if he and "Meg" are going steady. After understanding from Will Cris was single, Heather tried to make a pass at him although Cris rejected her. Cris explained that he is in love with "Meg," as is, "Bill," who is just trying to get her all to himself. Heather stormed out angrily, dropping her cell phone on the way out. Cris called to his brother Antonoi from it to let him kno they were ok. Later Cris offered Jess Heather's cell phone to make a safe call home while Heather came in looking for her phone. Cris lied about seeing the phone and Heather simply announced that she will replace it with another because she had been "discovered" and is soon to board a plane for Los Angeles to "be a star". Justin and Ric inform the trio that Heather sold them out for a solo career. They all decided they don't need Heather and made Jesse the lead singer.

Claudia Reston (2006)
Daughter of mob man George Reston, Claudia was Nash's fiance before he met Tess. They broke up pretty badly what made her hooked on alchohol and later admitted at a rehab center. Tess went to talk to her when she found out about her and Claudia tried to scare her off from Nash. It worked for a while but their love was stronger. Claudia later met Antonio and decided to get close to him and from there get to Nash. She stayed in Llanview working at Capricon as a singer and staying close to Nash.

Mutual acquaintances: Jessica and Cristian should have recodnized her. Maybe Jess can have the excuse of being Tess but when Cris will see her she should look familiar to him. Another interesting fact: they are both singers.

The second actress in the role; Thomas McBain's widow and John & Michael's mother; Eve followed her sons from Atlantic City to Llanview after they both moved there. She became a victim of the Music Box Killer when he went after anyone John held dear, fortunately she was saved by her son and Bo. Eve sang at Capricon and dated Bo for a while. Her niece Shannon came to live with her for a short time before she started school at LU. Eve left town after her relationship with Bo ended. She couldn't make it to Michael and Marcie's wedding because of the bad weather. She had a talk with John after he arrested Spencer for Thomas's murder and she told him she'd be honored if he'd give her engagement ring to the woman he loved. Unfortunately just as she was about to come to town again John died in a car accident and Eve came to his funeral and later stayed for Tommy's bathatise.

Deborah (2000)
Deborah was Liam's wife (the dock worker who discovered Will in a cargo container along with his friend Brennan). She befriended Will when he set foot in Ireland. When Will finally awoke Deborah brought him some food and started asking questions about his situation. Will interduced himself as Bill and asked to call his father. Deborah adviced him also to call the girl he loves since she must be worried. Will told her he sent a letter to Jessica through her husband. After a few days Will heard Deborah and her husband talking about calling the Irish police on him, he placed a quick call to Jessica and ran away before the police arrived. Later on Jessica followed Will there and asked Deborah about his whereabouts but she couldn't help much.

Margaret Cochran (2004-2006)
The second actress in the role; Sister of Ellen and aunt of Ginger, Margaret Cochran was a lonely accountant for Buchanan Enterprises who was lured by Todd Manning with kind words for romance only to get dirt on Kevin Buchanan. Believing that Todd was sincere, Margaret fell in love with Todd. Unfortunately, the feeling wasn't mutual, which caused Margaret's love to develop into obsession. Margaret unsuccessfully tried to convince Blair that she and Todd had an affair but Todd and Blair tricked her into confessing that she had lied about sleeping with him. Margaret kidnapped Todd's son, Jack, and after returning him she kidnapped Kelly's son, Ace (at the timeKelly claimed Todd was his father). Todd played Margaret's game in order to get the baby back and Margaret was arrested and admitted to St. Anne's.
A few months later Margaret escaped and had her mind set on Todd. On the day of Todd's wedding to Blair, a wedding gown-clad Margaret shot Todd in both of his legs and made him write a goobye letter to Blair. She took him to a cabin that she had reserved in hopes of getting snowed in. She tied Todd's hands to the bed post, making sure that he couldn't escape. Margaret knew that she couldn't make Todd love her, but decided that she wanted a baby from him. Todd managed to escape but argaret found him outside in a hypothermic mode. Margaret took him to a nearby vlinic and bribed the doctor there. Todd managed to call the penthouse where Jack answered but when Blair grabbed the phone, Margaret silenced Todd with a choke hold. Meanwhile Mrs. Bigelow (Todd's assistant) figured out what had happened but Margarte caught her and pushed her to her death before she could tell Blair anything. Blair was starting to follow Margaret and the latter confronted her with a gun. Margaret et a restraining order agaist Blair to keep her from getting to Todd. Meanwhile Todd caused an avalanche and was trapped in the cabin, causing Margaret to steal dynamite and try to blow the building off of him. After surviving the dynamite, Margaret resumed her attempts on Todd by dressing up as Blair in order to get her baby. When Margaret ran off to hurt Blair she couldn't find her so she tried to kidnap Starr but failed. At the same time, a struggling Todd knocked over a chair, accidentally setting it on fire. Blair got a tip from Margaret's mechanic and learned they had been at a nearby clinic. Blair found Todd chained to the bed which was on fire only Margaret got there too and knocked her out and stuffed her in the trunk of the car. Blair escaped from the trunk into the backseat of Margaret's car and they struggled over the wheel only they hit Marcy Walsh in the process. Margaret locked Blair in the car trunk in a freezing, deserted parking garage. Todd and Blair talked via walkie talkie until he finally agreed to give Margaret what she wanted. Margaret raped him, in hopes of getting pregnant with his baby. The next day, she took a pregnancy test and was furious when it came up negative. An enraged Margaret set a bomb and left him. After Margaret was gone, she took another pregnancy test which turned positive and later on she learned from a sonogram that she was having a boy. She kept updating Todd through letters he kept hidden from Blair.
Months later, pregnant Margaret returned to town. At first, she was staying with Asa Buchanan and Asa invited Todd over, in hopes that he and Margaret would kill each other. Todd tried to stangle her and Margaret stabbed Todd with a pair of scissors. A weak Todd was brought to the hospital where he whispered to Dr. Spencer that Margaret, pregnant with his child, stabbed him.After this, Margaret found an apartment and used an alias everywhere she went. Todd discovered what her alias was and tracked her down. He nearly killed her once more, but Kevin came to stop him. This alowed Margaret to escape, where she lived on the streets. After crashing her car, Margaret called her accomplice and niece, Ginger (who was Starr and Jack's babysitter) to help her. Margaret corned Starr at Craze in an attempt to kill her. Todd pretended to reach out to Margaret after she started terrorizing Starr. She also terorized Addie. Todd took Margaret out in a rowboat, then knowing she couldn't swim, rocked the boat.
Margaret found a new partner, Spencer Truman. He offered to help her get everything that she wanted. Although Margaret was a swimming champion, she told Todd that she couldn't swim. Todd rowed her out on a boat, ready to push her over. After the bodies of a woman and an infant were found in the lake, it was believed that Margaret and her child were dead, and Todd was eventually arrested with her murder and, after being convicted, received the death penalty. It turned out that Margaret threw herself off the boat. She swam to safety and, with Spencer's help, faked her own death and lived in a warehouse until it was time to deliver her son. Margaret went into labor and Spencer called Paige to help him deliver the baby. When Margaret realized that Spencer had his own agenda and he was only using her to get Todd out of his way she confronted him and he erased her memory an sent her off to live in Thailand.
While Todd was facing death row, a very-much alive Margaret sipped drinks on a beach in Bangkok. David Vickers jetted to Thailand to look for Todd's baby and found Margaret there. Margaret had him arrested but after she came to visit him and learned she had no memory of anything except a vivid dream of having a baby, she called of the charges. Margaret was calling herself Marge Smith now and was working in an acountant company there. David told John McBain that Margaret was alive and they tracked her down, frantically trying to get he back in Llanview before Todd's execution. They got there in the nick of time and Margaret claimed that she could only remember bits and pieces of her past and agreed to undergo treatment to restore her lost memories. The police tried to trick Spencer using Margaret but they failed. Margaret's memory returned while she was on her way to a mental health clinic but before she could talk to Bo the van crashed. Margaret succumbed to her injuries without telling anyone about Spencer's role in her disappearance and we still don't know where is her baby.

Mutual acquaintances: Well, only Jessica and Will knew Deborah and they had nothing to do with Margaret. Jessica was in town while all of thi was happening but she ws dealing with her own problems. Will came to town when his sister died but it was in one of the times Margaret was away.

Son of Marlena Haver and brother of Stephen. Kenny was raised by Marlena unlike his brother who was sent to live with his grandparents. Kenny was also a psychiatrist and he came to he LPD to discuss with Bo and John. Kenny was skeptic about his brother being a killer, he also admitted that it'd explain several things. He was flabbergasted to see a music box, similar to the one that Stephen had as a child, sitting on Bo's desk.

George Reston (2006)
Father of Claudia and head of the Reston crime family. George first blew into Llanview when he was searching for Nash, warning him to stay away from his daughter. He brurged into Asa's mansion yelling at Clint and Nash. He later threaten pregnant Tess a the vinery to stay away from Nash because he's nothing but trouble and he has ruined his daughter's life. Nash drove him away, but Reston hasn't said his last words. After their baby was born Reston threaten Nash's daughter as he hurt his own. He told Nash his child would be safe only if he left Llanview (since Claudia just moved there). Nash had a plan of his own, using his friend Bruce and Claudia he decided to get back at Reston who in the mean while stole his vinery. Nash and Claudia were at the vinery when Reston suddenly arrived seeing them together. Reston lashed out at Nash threatning to kill him when Claudia suddenly hit her father with a bottle of wine which eventally killed him.

Mutual acquaintances: None - only Bo and John met Kenny and they didn't go the chance to meet Reston.
