| Olsen's Cottages 1349 Scenic Drive Muskegon, MI 49445 Winter Address: 560 Plymouth Dr. Muskegon, MI 49445 Dear Vacationist: For 60 years my family has been providing a relaxing place for families to vacation on the Lake Michigan shore. I have three cottage on ten wooded acres. There are only 23 steps down to the beach which is clean, private and all sand. The cottages are equipped for housekeeping(please bring your own bed linens, towels and soap). 1341 cottage has four bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. 1323 cottage has four bedrooms and two baths. 1355 cottage has four bedrooms and two baths. Summer activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, fun parks, canoeing, rafting, sailing, music, theater, and dancing are within 20 minutes of your cottage on uncongested roads. Shopping is 20 minutes away. The rental season is June through September. Rents vary from 800-$1,600 dollars per week with an added 11% tax. Specific rates can be sent on request. No pets. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the cottage. Please bear in mind that this is not a fancy resort. I offer a lakeside location, no poison ivy, no snakes, a place where the kids can play and you can relax.There is a limit of 8 people per cabin. We hope to hear from you soon.
