For those who might wish to own the book, it costs [1995 cost price still ] $205.00 New Zealand dollars, plus $50 NZ dollars postage and packing [airmail to anywhere in the world] .
At present the NZ dollar is worth about 45 cents US, but you will find out on the day you send the currency the exact exchange rate as it affects you. Most American customers end up sending about $130.00 US upwards to cover the whole $255.00 NZ.
There are three ways to send the money.
Number One, the cheapest, and fastest. Send US cash to the amount of $255 NZ wrapped in a card or letter by airmail to...

So far, no customer who has done this has had any trouble.
Number Two. Send a check to the same address, [add $10 NZ bank charges to your check and a 10 day to three week possible clearance time]. We have had one failure of a check to arrive, but the customer cancelled it so no harm was done.
Number Three. Western Union the money. Nearly as fast as option one. No failures so far, nor are they likely, but this extra security adds costs at your end.
