| Pedigree ~ ( same as Ch Ollmorcu Nyree Naarah & Ashah Ardara) ~ ~ ~ "Braith" also known as our "Mr Potato man" never enjoyed the show rings. Most times, he exhibited as his nic-name suggests.....like a sack of 20kg Potatoes. Unfortunate, as we do feel he could have gone much further and enjoyed a "colourful show career" as did his litter sisters. Considering his (poor) efforts, he still faired ok for the short while he was in the show rings........ Irish Wolfhound Club of NSW Specialties 1st in Puppy Dog Class, 1st in Junior Dog Class, 1st Intermediate Dog Class & Best Headed Dog All Breed Shows Many Best of Breed's with his most impressive win being a 17 point Best of Breed (over 11 other IW's) at the NSW Hound Club show in April 2003. Beating 2 breed Grand Champions that day also. Braith sired 10 wonderful puppies bred by Cucelt Irish Wolfhounds (Terry O'Sullivan), born in June 2004. We had tried to "collect" Braith for ourselves & the future but this sadly, was unsuccessful.... It seems Braith much preferred the "real girls" to any vet's cold hands. |
