1.0 the Random Name method

Uses the qlzqqlzuupian method of standard quylthulg names, based
on the centennial count of quylthulgs, 45th century A.P (AfterPulse),
by Imperial Quylthulgian Council, Glyo-Vho.
It uses the four prime consonants (q,z,l and p) and the prime vocal
(u) and is reinforced with the three minor consonants (f,x,t) and the
two minor vocals (o and i).

2.0 the Icon

Ah-eh. No picture of quylthulg was found from the MS Visual Basic
icon gallery, so the picture of a pulse wave was used instead.

3.0 *Detect quylthulgs*

Yes! The true, infallible QUYLTHULG DETECTOR! A word of warning
should be said, still. As the detector uses the vibrations of the
main processor, it can detect things that actually exists not in
this plane of existence, but in other planes. (Semi-Plane of Dread and
Quarter-Plane of Pulsating Masses, for example) The detector is
infallible (meaning that it can not err) but it might 'detect' those
otherworldly quylthulgs instead of 'normal' quylthulgs that also the
user can, and if given the time will, detect.

4.0 Subpulse and Mainpulse

Subpulse is the fast, internal pulse of quylthulg, somewhat like
the heart-beat of humans. It usually ranges from 20 pulses per
second to 140 pulses/sec. If it slows under 10 p/sec the
quylthulg becomes comatose.
Mainpulse is the external pulse, used for show-off, teleport- and
summoning-control, showing emotions, and for internal air
ventilation. It usually ranges from 2 to 15 pulses/minute.

5.0 Intelligence rating

Is given in standard compact form of rating human intelligence.
Thus, 100 corresponds to the intellect of an average human.
