Red Dragonarmy

• mightiest of all
• led by Ariakas the Emperor of Ansalon
• based in Neraka-Santion area
• defeated in Battle of Margaard Ford despite uniting of forces with Blue Dragonarmy and a powerful reserve wing.
• had under its command dragons, draconians of all types, humans, ogres and many other creatures

Blue Dragonarmy

• maybe second in power
• led by Kitiara uth Matar, second-in-command was General Bakaris
• centre of command was Castle Dargaard in Eastern Solamnia
• based in lands north from Sanction
• the main force of attack to Solamnia
• defeated in High Clerist Tower
• defeated in Battle of Margaard Ford

Green Dragonarmy

• led by Verminaard, after his death in command of Hobgoblin Toede
• defeated in Pax Tharkas, later stationed on Throtl under Toede. (so was said in the Vingaard Campaign, told in Tales VI)
• defeated in Throtl because of surpire attack by good dragons
• seemed to be mostly draconians in time of Verminaard
• was assebled mostly of ogres but also of draconians and hobgoblins when was in Throtl

Black Dragonarmy

• first led and assembled by Maldeev, on Shalimsha in Khur area
• leader was maybe person called Lucien of Takar in the time of War's last months
• in addition to humans and some dragons had kapak and baaz draconians

White Dragonarmy

• led by Feal-Thas who was slain by Laurana on Icewall Castle, and after Feal-Thas was said to be led by Toede, the Mighty Highlord
• stationed on south part of Ansalon, center of command was Icewall Castle
• later was defeated in Battle of Narrows, southwest from Dargaard Keep by armies of Solamnia
• forces in south were white dragons, walrus-men, humans and draconians
• forces on Battle of Narrows were dragons, draconians, mostly sivaks but baazes also

Reserve Wing

• army assemled by Ariakas to Sanction, described only as 'huge'.
• joined Blue and Red armies to Battle of Margaard Ford, but was defeated and shattered
