ORIGIN : Draconians were made from the stolen eggs of good (metal) dragons by priests of Takhisis and black-robed mages. (and they were helped by an ancient red dragon called Harkiel the Bender) One egg become maybe appromaxily ten draconians.
There are five draconian races, or one draconian race for one metal-dragon race. Auraks have come from gold-dragon eggs, and Sivaks from silver-eggs (Sivaks are shape-changers, just like silver dragons) Bozaks,Baazes and Kapak draconians are from bronze, brass and copper eggs. In fight draconians are troublesome opponents, more brave than goblins or orcs, wearing better armor and using better weapons. They can also harm their killers after their death, because every one does something nasty on his dying moment, like explodes or changes to look just same as his killer. Looks like Baaz-draconians are the most numerous group, but dumbest also.Auraks are high-class assassins or mages. But, in the Test of the Twins one draconian mage is called Bozak. I think that Bozaks and Auraks are magic-users,Baazes have no magic and Sivaks have only their shape-changing magic. Kapak remains as mystery. And now, some words on draconian magic. Magic-using draconians (Bozaks/Auraks) get their magic from the Dark Queen, by falling into trance and using ancient words to ask spells and blessing. Draconian-magic is a gift from Takhisis.
