RETURNS & REFUNDS
NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE. PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER, INVOICE NUMBER AND ITEM NUMBER(S). WE WILL PROVIDE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
Defective Merchandise Returns
TIME LIMIT: Return Authorization Request must be requested within 7 days of receipt of shipment.  Requests made later that 7 days will not be honored.
RETURN SHIPMENT: Authorized return must be shipped prepaid.  Unless authorized and prepaid, return will be delayed in processing.  Note: For your own protection, insure return shipment.
REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT: We pay cost of shipping replaced merchandise to you. Shipment will be insured.
AUTHORIZED DEFINED: Return authorization does not guarantee that return will be accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the police herein stated and the item is confirmed defective.
