Promise your mice, both real & computer, that is, that you'll never put yourself dpwn, say you can't, that having your cheese and eating it is nigh on impossible or think that youj can't teach and old mouse new tricks.
Yes, but supposing my mouse thinks I'm a rubbish or that my computer mouse envisages it will all go wrong as it always does..Don't leave those thoughts unchallenged. Just say stop being silly and go away. Stop that mouse in its track balls, say, that's not mice at all. And mean it.
Practice affirmations by emphasizing your mice's good pointing, change dragging and dropping into strengths, change attitudes as often as you change your ink cartridge and focus in what you want moust.
