The Vigilante (alias: Twisted)

A former Columbian drug dealer, there is only one existing picture of him on the plantation before his conversion to crimefighting on the side of the law, and subsequent fascination with trenchcoats. Currently believed to be hunting the drug dealer known as "Woody."
