We are two 18 year old Oli fans who met on the oli BMG forum� in March 2000. The thing that stuck out like a sore thumb was the fact that we were both writing in english!! Michelle e-mailed Danie and the rest is history!

I'm an 18 year old journalism student studying at a college in England.My life isn't half as exciting as Danie's, but mine definitely revolves around music!! I live, eat, breathe music, and it normally isn't musicin English! I regularly listen to music in German and Spanish, as wellas English.
Next year I hope to study a Multimedia Journalism degree, which will get me to do more 'lovely' sites like this - this is my first sad attempt at web authoring. If anything goes right, it's Danie's work!
I found Oli via VIVA being pumped through to our college: one day last February I caught the 'I wish' video and fell in LOVE! Thanks to my great pals Ela and Christee I suddenly got covered in oli posters and information,resulting in a very messy room (and half the pix on our pictures page!).
Who are your fave artists?: my fave groupis Human Nature from Australia (watch out for the HN:UK website comingsoon!), but i also love Taxiride, Chayanne, Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin,Santana, Jordan Knight, Sasha, Rub�n Blades, Manny Manuel and more. I'm very much into salsa. And of course, this guy called Oliver Petszokat. Have you heard of him?

I am an 18 year old aupair in Germany. For those of you that have never heard of aupairs we are an elite group of underpaid nanny wannabe's. But, in any case it is a good way to get abroad and see the world. The pay might not be great, but it gets you where you want to go and the experiance is worth all the hardship. So, I can't recomend it to anyone, but at the same time I really can't knock it either. So, as you may have guessed I learned of Oli from living in Germany. "So Bist Du" was on the radio constantly, and I fell in love with it. A friend bought me Oli's "O Ton" album and I listened to it day and night. It really helped improve my German!! Now, I have both of his albums and all of his singles. So, I guess I can say that I am a genuine addict.
