My favorite liver flush protocol

This is very useful information for everyone trying to clean the liver/gall bladder. It deals with things like "I'm afraid" or "what if I have large stones?". If you are bored to read useful part, just click here to go to the protocol.

I tested it on all my family, so far - no regrets.
Once I passed some large stones, the biggest was 5cm(2") long 3.5cm(1.4") wide. I felt nothing! See my results page.

Rule N 1: DO NOT MAKE YOUR LIVER A TORTURE AND TAKE YOUR TIME TO PREPARE.

Let me tell you something about gallstones:
a/most of them are soft type, not soluble in water and cannot be absorbed back into the bloodstream.
b/these can be easily melted, Mp ~ 21 C (about 70 F)
There're many ways to melt those. I would recommend a sauna, steam room, or hot bath. Even if they don't melt, they'll become softer and a lot easier to push.
You might consider to do it a few times to shape stones up under heat, possibly break apart.
Activities such as jogging or aerobics for 30-40 min will also stimulate liver and g/b cracking stones of a golf ball size.
Herbal tea made of Gold Coin Grass also stimulates the liver.
We all are connected to the Moon cycle. A liver flush on the full Moon or close to it is always success story.

Liver Flush Protocol

On the day of cleansing start to warm up your liver: about 2 pm place wool wrap around your body (old scarf, wool cloths) with hot water bottle over and wrap it up with some other cloths to save the heat. The area from the solar plexus to the right back to the spine.
Change water to keep it hot, but please do not burn yourself.
Keep it as long as possible and take to the bed and throughout next day, too.

Liver flush.

You need for the procedure:
Olive oil - 200 ccm (1 cup)
Lemons about 0.5 1 kg
2-3 grapefruits
Epsom salts 1 table spoon in 0.5 cup of warm water.

Epsom salts taking is optional, I did flushes with or without it and cannot tell the difference. I had my biggest stones out without salts. Also one could use it just to clean bowels before flush.

1-2 red hot chili peppers this is also optional.

At about 6 pm drink Epsom salts (optional).
Prepare freshly squeezed lemon juice for 7 pm start. I found 50/50 lemon/grapefruit juice works good as well, but easier to swallow.
At 7 pm take about tablespoon of olive oil followed by a tablespoon of juice. Wait 15-20 minutes and repeat. 2-4 hours is required to drink all oil and juice.
In between portions try to chew up some chili. It is good to get rid of oil aftertaste and stimulate bile production. This part is optional and you can do it as long as you like/want or skip it.
Think about the liver as red hot metal peace inside your body, feel it hot inside.
Once all oil is down, just sit quiet for 20 minutes and try to breathe deep and slow, pulling abdomen in with exhalations.
At the end take a shower or bath and go to sleep.
Take the enema first thing in the morning. After major evacuations start to drink fresh juice.
I usually start from 1 glass of beetroot juice, then carrot juice and some apple(green) juice.
At the time I feel like wanting to throw up, so some water with lemon or pure grapefruit juice helps to get over it.
And results will be in your stool from the morning up to the end of the day.
