I can't get into any of the lounges. They all show "full". Any suggestions?

Simple Remedy . . . Just keep hitting 'refresh' until one of the lounges opens up. It may take a minute or two, but it almost always works.

Here is a recent update to this question - When all else fails, go to your location bar (the white space at the top of the page where it says http:// etc) and type in phord/bridge then press enter. We call this the "back door key". It works for the other games too - just substitute the name of the game for bridge.
