Over weak 2-bids

Feature is used by responder to discover

1. whether partner is weak or strong and
2. if partner has a stopper that is needed in a suit.

Responder uses 2NT to ask, and opener responds:

3preempted suit no feature OR weak hand (about 5-7)

3new suit good hand with an A or K in suit bid

3NT all top three honors
