Is there a way to review the bidding when the bid box is open?

If you grab the bidding box by the blue bar, you can place it anywhere on your screen that you wish. It will keep reappearing in that location when it's your turn to bid. I put it in the upper right hand corner so I can review the bidding when necessary.
