Zizi Annie’s Famous Rice Balls
2 cups of Carolina Rice
1 Egg
1 cup Italian grating cheese
Flour
Cook rice in salted boiling water.
Drain and let stand until rice is cold.
Add egg, cheese, and parsley.
Mix together and roll into balls.
Coat in flour.
Fry in hot oil.
What a delicious appetizer this is.
You may have to practice to get the proper technique
for making this, but the end result is definitely worthwhile.
