Tomato Sauce Ala Marinara – Grandpa Teddy’s Favorite Sauce
1 28 oz. can of
whole tomatoes
1 large clove of garlic (chopped)
1 cup fresh parsley
4 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Place tomatoes in sauce pan
Cook for 20 minutes
Break tomatoes apart with a fork
Add oil
Add chopped garlic and parsley into the tomatoes
Stir and let simmer for another 15 minutes
Add capers if you like
This is a sauce that is delicious and takes only
minutes to prepare.
