Fried Zucchini Flowers

12 flowers from the zucchini plant

1 egg

1/2 tea salt

1/2 tea baking powder

1/4 cup of flour

Wash the flower thoroughly

Beat egg, add salt, baking powder and enough flour to make a batter

Dip flour in the batter and fry until golden brown

As children we enjoyed this delicacy and hope that future generations will

continue to do so.
