Concetta’s Brandy/Frangelica Balls

 

2 packages vanilla wafers

¼ cup brandy

¼ cup of Frangelica

1/2 cup of strained honey

Confectioners’ sugar

 

Crush wafers and add brandy, Frangelica and honey.

Mix thoroughly.

Scoop mixture by tablespoon and form into balls.

Sprinkle sugar on wax paper.

Roll balls in sugar.

Store in a tightly covered jar.

 

**These delicious confections will last as long as six weeks, but never did in our house.

You will probably want to double or triple this recipe.
