| My Dear Friends, here is a set of pics that shows the Firefall '04 Jump in. These jepgs were sent to me by Gary Fletcher Jr. & were pulled from video from Brad Henson & Rick West as well as Gary's own camera. The Jump : the 4 way base funneled, just as practiced & was thrown away fast as dirt dived. Then a 4-way base was built quickly & was flat & stable in good order! |
| The base was Terry Wendt, all the way out, Rick West in the "V", Gary Fletcher Jr., in the door, & Randall, rocking it off from the step. As Mentioned above, the base funneled, but was thrown away, then a new flat sold base was built! Steve Eggers, Jim Philli[ps & Brad Henson then had a base to fly to. That happened! The Skydive made! Bryan Wolfard flew the giant flag, to make the 8th. All was cool. Everyone landed in front of the crowd & within a few feet of the flag. This is a kick ass sport & we all love our DZ brothers & sisters to the MAX! It is my ardent wish that next year I be invited on this jump, but choose to jump in to Joplin's Airfest instead!
