Ft. renovation with Light Effects, Art Finishes, Oil Painting, Furnishings and Horshoe Bar. Noted as second most beautiful bar in New York by New Yorker Magazine.

Limelight Nightclub, N.Y.C. with Jane Millett, Designer and Tobin & PArnes, Architects. 20,000 Sq. Ft. building wide renovation including structural restoration, refurbished mechanical systems, extensive Art Installations, Light and Water Effects, Elaborate Architectural Metalwork, Custom Furnishings, Engineering and Fabrication of Custom Arrays of Antique Video Monitors and Structural Alterations with Gothic Detailing in Masonry Arches.

Grace Church, Broadway at East 11th Street, NYC, with Denis Ruskevich & Corporate Program Managers. Full Gut Rehab of 25 Ft. x 100 Ft. 5 Story Building in two block Complex, as well as, 3,000 Sq Ft.
