Not a precise recipe.
Chris's mother, "Mama Minnie" Featherston used to make this for her family. Chris made it for her family and served sandwiches to MYF sometimes. I make it and my daughters make it for their families. We call it Roast Salad.

Chop left over roast beef (or cook a small roast for this purpose). Add desired amounts of relish and/or pickles; chopped raw celery and carrots and onions and/or bell pepper; chopped boiled eggs. Dressing is desired amounts of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip; smaller amounts of mustard and catsup. Use your own recipe for tuna salad (substituting beef for tuna). May be eaten as salad or for sandwiches. We like it.
