Mississippi Mud Cake

1 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
miniature marshmallows
Mix well; batter will be stiff. Spread in 9 inch x
13 inch greased cake pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is
still hot, sprinkle 1/2 package (size?) miniature marshmallows on top evenly.
Then pour frosting over the top of the marshmallows.
Frosting
1 stick soft butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt butter with milk; do not boil. Add rest of
ingredients, one at a time. Mix well and pour over top of cake as directed
above. Spread quickly. After cooling, cut into small squares.
