Chocolate Pudding

Mix:

1/2 cup Bisquick

3/4 cup (heaping) sugar

Add:

1 cup water

2 cups milk

Cook until thick. Add:

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Tablespoon butter
 

This could be put into baked pie crust, chilled and covered with whipped cream. Nuts and/or toffee chips could be sprinkled on top.
