Hamburger Gravy

Brown about 1/4 pound ground beef (sausage may be
used). Drain. Add 3 tablespoons oleo. Cook a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle 3 tablespoons flour, and 1/2 teaspoon salt,
stirring to blend. Slowly add 1 1/2 cups milk (may be evaporated milk),
stirring constantly until it is thick. Serve over biscuits. Good!
