Mose was born in 1879 in Rowan County Kentucky and Died 1952 . He is the son of Henry Timothy Wallace and Polly Wallace.
He married Peachy D Alfrey on October 13, 1901 in Rowan county. She was born September 1887 and died in 1966. She was the daughter of Andrew J Alfrey and Lucretia "Lou" Gregory.
