Nancy Sharp (~1810-~1841) Pettit. She was married 6/26/1884 to John Alfrey (1863-1926), son of Thompson Alfrey and Harriet Jones Alfrey. John and Mary Jane Pettit Alfrey had eight children: Anna, Sam, Addie, Bill, Jim, Chester, Isa and Ora. Mary Jane Pettit was one of six children born to Elizabeth Pettit.
