The son of Andrew Jackson Hardin and and Julia Donahue. Born in Feb 8, 1861 in Morgan Co Ky. The area renamed Rowan County Kentucky. He married Matilda Catherine Combs on July 29, 1`886 in Buchanan Co Va. He was shot and Killed on Septemeber 28, 1889, in Va, While his wife was Pregnant with his second child. His children are Grover Harden and Valerie Hardin Kendrick.
