Charles Married Virginia Lee Phillips.She was born July 15, 1870 and Died May 26, 1959 in Rowan County Kentucky. The daughter of the late William Henry Phillips and Mary Law Phillips. Virgina and Charles Forman had 6 Children. Tony Raymond, John Wesley, Audie Lillian, Roxie Roseman, Clester Drannon, and Hildreth Forman. All Children born in Rowan County Kentucky.
