Charles Rufus Forman was born January 21, 1842 in Carroll County Va. and Died February 14, 1917, in Rowan County Kentucky. We was one of the first settelers in the Rowan County area. He was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Mullins Forman. His wife Mary Jane Day Forman, was born May 25, 1844, and died December 9, 1920, in Rowan County kentucky. Charles and Mary Forman had 10 Children. Francis Anne, John Will, Charles Wesley, Ballard, Clay Willard, Mary Susan, Lulia Margaret, Victoria, Sam Jackson, and Allie T. Forman. Charles and Mary Jane, where married November 04, 1863, in Rowan County Kentucky. | ||||||||
