Ignition Uprade:
TFI JuiceBox (http://www.driveajeep.com/main/page1.html)
Cost:
$119 plus s/h
Overview:
The JuiceBox was very easy to insall and only took me about 30 minutes.  What makes this upgrade easy is that you do not have to remove or replace your distributor.
I noticed better RPM band and smoother, more powerful, acceleration with the JuiceBox installed.  It works well with my Weber carburetor and Dynomax hedder by burning the gas more efficiently, which in turn, creates more power.
I have not adjusted the timing because my Jeep runs so well.  I plan on having it checked soon just for peace of mind.
Parts included with the JuiceBox:
1.  New high energy ignition coil with one-piece heavy duty aluminum coil bracket and stainless hardware.
2.  New coil pigtail.
3.  New large distributor cap with brass male terminal posts and a brass tipped rotor.
4.  New distributor cap adaptor.
5.  New heavy duty 8mm plug wires.

***I highly recommend also purchasing new high quality spark plugs***
Installation:
1.  I started by disconnecting the negative battery cable.
2.  Removed the existing spark plug wires.
3.  Removed the distrbutor cap and rotor.
4.  Checked the top of the distributor, wiped out some of the buildup, and      installed the new distributor cap adapter, rotor, and cap.
5.  I then removed the old ignition coil.
6.  Located a spot on the passenger side fender to mount the new ignition coil, making sure that the ignition coil wire could reach the distributor cap.
7.  I then marked the holes for the ignition coil, drilled them out, and installed the new coil.
8.  I then reconnected the clip from the Jeep's wiring harness to the ignition coil.  (red to red and green to green)
9.  Remove your spark plugs and gap them to 0.045".
Optional:  I then removed all of the spark plugs and replaced them with high quality plugs.
10. I then reinstalled the spark plug wires, making sure they were in the correct firing order.
11. Finally, i reconnected the negative battery cable and started it up.
