Bill pounded the gavel at 8:13The meeting began with a review of stocks that have gained over 100% (none), and those that have lost more than 50% (13 stocks). Each stock was discussed, but no action to sell was proposed. The stocks will be reviewed each month, and members are reminded to prepare information if they proposed the examined stock.

Tax information has been placed on the web site under the pin #. Paper copies will be provided at the February meeting.Net Asset Value:
was set at $10.9725 based on current market value. The club currently has 5220.834 shares. Total assets $57,286.71 -14.1% loss$2,8000 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration: Dale – JDSUniphase; Tom – Ariba; Tim – Applied Material; Terry – World Com; Mike H – JDSU; Jim S – Lucent; Ted ATT; Bill – Sun Micro; Mike Z – GE; Tony – Unysis (next month). Final vote included GE and Applied Materials (Zajeski block). Group chose to buy both.

We bought 20 shares of GE @$45.688 + $14.95 = $ 928.71
We bought 40 shares of AMAT @ $43.75 + $14.95 = $1,764.95
