was set at $10.7776 based on current market value. The club currently has 5453.235 shares. Total assets $58,772.75 resulting in a 15.1% loss.$2,700 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration: Terry – Stilwell Financial (SV); Ted – Activision (ATVI); Tim Z – No Buy (NADA); Bill – Marvel (MVL) and Pfizer (PFE); 1st vote included Stilwell, 2nd and 3rd vote resulted in a tie between Marvel and Activision.
We bought: 30 shares of SV at $39.550 + $14.95 = $ 1,201.45
50 shares of ATVI at $22.985 + $14.95 = $ 1,164.20
200 shares of MVL at $2.52 + $14.95 = $ 518.95
