Bill called the meeting to order at 8:10. There was a review of reports, and some mention of the new information added to the reports. Bill worked hard to regain control of the meeting after it began in raucous fashion.
Net Asset Value
: was set at $15.7120 based on current market value. The club currently has 4416.648 shares.Total assets:
$69,394.53 Profit: 23.6 %$2.500 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration:
Chez –Citigroup (his last suggestion before the wedding) Terry – Amgen , Amylin
Tim M – Storage Network Inc. Tim C- UPS Bill – Reliant Energy Jim S – GM, Lucent
Final vote included Storage Network, Citigroup, and GM. Group chose to buy Citigroup.
We bought 40 shares of Citigroup @ $56.50 + 14.95 commission = $2,274.95 or $56.8737/sh
