Bill called the meeting to order at 8:10. Net Asset Value was set at $13.4716 based on current market value. The club currently has 4577.359 shares.

: $65,9.82.50$2,400 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration. Its amazing how little we have to say when the market is taking a beating. Predictions: Terry says look for a great last couple of months to 2000, Tim Z says look for the Nasdaq to make 2,800. Side bets? Tim wins we all lose.
Tom ( for Mike K) WebVan WBVN, Tim M - Luminent Inc. IPO in near future, Tim Z not to buy this month, Bill Lucent, Mike H Enron ( no information). Final vote included Luminent, Enron and WebVan. Group chose to buy all three. We bought 12 shares of Enron ENE at $82.813 + $14.95 = $1,008.71; 100 shares of WebVan WBVN at $1.906 + $14.95 = $205.55; $1,000 kept for IPO on LMNE.
