Bill called the meeting to order at 8:15. J.T. S was welcomed as a new member with $1,000.00 investment. The 8PM startup of meeting to remain in effect until further notice. A brief discussion was held on changing the Wednesday meeting to another date to accommodate the softball players. No decision to change day was made at this time.Tim Z made a motion that the person who recommended a stock that we purchased watch that stock recent news and performance to determine if and when it might be sold. Bill seconded the motion. All voted yes and was passed.

was set at $14.6487 based on current market value. The club currently has 3593.659 shares. Total assets: $52,642.29 Profit 22.42% $4,025.00 to invest at this meeting:The following stocks were presented by members for consideration: Tim C: Marvel Comics (MVL) Tony: Disney (DIS) and Harley-Davidson. Tim Z: Echostar (DISH) and General Electric (GE) Tim M: Cisco (CSCO) Dale: Pfizer (PFE) Bill: JDS Uniphase (JDSU). First round voting: Marvel and Disney Second round EchoStar (DISH).
